upon_o that_o condition_n that_o those_o they_o shall_v so_o commit_v for_o the_o management_n and_o improvement_n of_o their_o say_a estate_n be_v not_o suspect_v to_o the_o governor_n or_o magistrate_n of_o the_o place_n where_o such_o estate_n be_v situate_v in_o which_o case_n the_o owner_n shall_v appoint_v other_o person_n that_o be_v acceptable_a and_o no_o way_n suspect_v yet_o what_o cause_n reason_n or_o pretence_n soever_o and_o for_o that_o end_n they_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o appoint_v for_o the_o say_a enjoyment_n and_o receive_n of_o the_o say_a fruit_n such_o person_n as_o be_v not_o suspect_v have_v first_o obtain_v the_o good_a like_n of_o the_o king_n or_o of_o his_o officer_n and_o magistrate_n under_o who_o nomination_n the_o say_a fruit_n rent_n and_o revenue_n shall_v be_v find_v to_o be_v situate_v lviii_o such_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o principality_n of_o catalonia_n or_o of_o the_o county_n of_o roussillon_n who_o shall_v have_v enjoy_v by_o donation_n or_o confiscation_n grant_v by_o either_o of_o the_o two_o king_n such_o good_n or_o estate_n as_o be_v belong_v to_o any_o person_n of_o the_o contrary_a party_n shall_v not_o be_v bind_v to_o make_v any_o restitution_n to_o the_o owner_n of_o the_o say_a estate_n of_o the_o fruit_n by_o they_o receive_v by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_a donation_n or_o confiscation_n during_o the_o present_a war._n provide_v that_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o say_a donation_n or_o confiscation_n do_v cease_v from_o the_o day_n of_o the_o publication_n of_o the_o peace_n lix_n commissioner_n shall_v be_v appoint_v on_o both_o side_n two_o month_n after_o the_o publication_n of_o the_o present_a treaty_n who_o shall_v meet_v at_o such_o a_o place_n as_o shall_v be_v respective_o agree_v on_o there_o to_o end_v in_o a_o amicable_a way_n all_o such_o difference_n as_o may_v be_v yet_o betwixt_o both_o party_n which_o commissioner_n shall_v have_v care_n to_o see_v the_o subject_n on_o the_o other_o shall_v also_o re-enter_v into_o the_o possession_n of_o they_o as_o also_o the_o say_a commissioner_n if_o it_o be_v so_o judge_v fit_a shall_v be_v enjoin_v to_o make_v a_o just_a valuation_n on_o both_o side_n of_o the_o estate_n of_o such_o as_o shall_v not_o be_v willing_a to_o return_v into_o the_o country_n they_o have_v forsake_v or_o of_o such_o as_o the_o two_o king_n shall_v not_o be_v willing_a to_o receive_v have_v prescribe_v unto_o they_o their_o abode_n somewhere_o else_o as_o aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a valuation_n be_v make_v the_o same_o commissioner_n may_v manage_v in_o all_o equity_n the_o exchange_n and_o compensation_n of_o the_o say_a estate_n for_o the_o great_a conveniency_n and_o with_o equal_a advantage_n to_o the_o interest_v party_n be_v careful_a that_o none_o be_v wrong_v and_o in_o a_o word_n the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v regulate_v all_o thing_n concern_v the_o commerce_n and_o the_o mutual_a frequentation_n of_o the_o subject_n on_o both_o part_n and_o all_o such_o thing_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v the_o most_o conducible_a to_o the_o public_a utility_n and_o to_o the_o strengthen_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o whatsoever_o have_v be_v say_v in_o the_o four_o immediate_o forego_v article_n and_o in_o this_o concern_v the_o county_n of_o roussillon_n and_o the_o inhabitant_n thereof_o aught_o in_o the_o same_o manner_n to_o be_v understand_v of_o the_o viguery_n of_o conflans_fw-la and_o that_o part_n of_o the_o country_n of_o cerdana_n that_o may_v or_o aught_o by_o the_o present_a treaty_n to_o remain_v in_o the_o propriety_n of_o his_o most_o christian_n majesty_n by_o the_o declaration_n of_o
