such_o design_n viz._n to_o impose_v a_o acknowledgement_n of_o the_o king_n and_o queen_n title_n they_o may_v then_o easy_o have_v make_v use_n of_o such_o expression_n as_o will_v have_v put_v the_o matter_n out_o of_o all_o doubt_n or_o else_o mutatis_fw-la mutandis_fw-la they_o may_v have_v propose_v the_o former_a oath_n of_o allegiance_n wherein_o the_o king_n title_n be_v express_o and_o improper_a it_o will_v be_v viz._n i_o a._n b._n do_v sincere_o promise_n it_o be_v my_o sentiment_n and_o opinion_n that_o king_n william_n and_o queen_n mary_n have_v a_o just_a and_o lawful_a title_n where_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o have_v this_o oath_n be_v frame_v to_o establish_v the_o king_n and_o queen_n title_n the_o word_n shall_v have_v be_v dclare_v or_o acknowledge_v instead_o of_o promise_n 3._o this_o be_v yet_o further_o suggest_v by_o reflect_v on_o the_o former_a oath_n of_o allegiance_n which_o be_v both_o assertory_n and_o promissory_a do_v consist_v of_o two_o part_n 1._o a_o recognition_n of_o the_o king_n title_n 2._o a_o promise_n of_o future_a allegiance_n and_o obedience_n plain_o denote_v that_o these_o be_v two_o thing_n different_a and_o distinct_a each_o from_o other_o however_o you_o will_v say_v it_o be_v sufficient_o intimate_v hereby_o that_o the_o king_n title_n be_v the_o true_a and_o only_a ground_n of_o our_o allegiance_n and_o consequent_o if_o king_n william_n and_o queen_n mary_n have_v as_o yet_o no_o lawful_a title_n it_o be_v then_o unlawful_a to_o take_v tbis_fw-la oath_n and_o to_o swear_v allegiance_n to_o they_o answer_n the_o title_n of_o king_n william_n and_o queen_n mary_n be_v not_o now_o to_o be_v dispute_v those_o who_o be_v dissatisfy_v may_v consult_v the_o two_o house_n who_o be_v best_a able_a to_o to_o encourage_v usurpation_n and_o to_o fix_v the_o crown_n upon_o the_o point_n of_o the_o sword_n sir_n edw._n coke_n though_o otherwise_o a_o great_a man_n have_v hiâ—_n passion_n and_o his_o
