transport_v into_o bristol_n biddiford_n liverpoole_n and_o other_o part_n of_o england_n now_o a_o law_n of_o this_o kind_n will_v be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v a_o discouragement_n to_o that_o people_n of_o which_o i_o be_o treat_v viz._n the_o vulgar_a irish_a that_o it_o will_v be_v a_o very_a great_a obligation_n lay_v upon_o they_o for_o before_o the_o late_a war_n in_o that_o kingdom_n the_o flock_n be_v grow_v so_o numerous_a in_o all_o the_o plain_a part_n of_o the_o country_n that_o the_o vulgar_a irish_a be_v drive_v for_o the_o most_o part_n into_o the_o mountainous_a and_o
