find_v pledge_n of_o prosecute_a his_o plaint_n aforesaid_a to_o wit_n john_n dee_n and_o richard_n row_n by_o force_n of_o which_o say_v bill_n it_o be_v command_v to_o the_o sheriff_n of_o middlesex_n that_o they_o shall_v attach_v the_o aforesaid_a i._n t._n so_o that_o he_o may_v be_v before_o our_o lady_n the_o queen_n at_o westminster_n on_o thursday_n next_o after_o a_o month_n of_o easter_n than_o next_o follow_v to_o answer_v the_o aforesaid_a r.s._n of_o the_o plea_n aforesaid_a the_o same_o day_n be_v give_v to_o the_o aforesaid_a r._n here_o etc._n etc._n at_o which_o of_o middlesex_n by_o virtue_n of_o the_o precept_n aforesaid_a before_o our_o lady_n the_o queen_n at_o westminster_n return_v that_o the_o aforesaid_a 1_n have_v nothing_o within_o their_o say_v late_a queen_n before_o her_o the_o say_a queen_n assign_v to_o be_v hold_v and_o robert_n clark_n one_o of_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o exchequer_n of_o the_o same_o late_a queen_n justices_z of_o the_o assize_n of_o the_o say_v late_a queen_n in_o the_o aforesaid_a county_n of_o norfolk_n then_o assign_v to_o be_v take_v hold_v at_o the_o castle_n of_o norwich_n the_o twelve_o day_n of_o approach_v unto_o they_o they_o flee_v away_o so_o that_o the_o say_v c._n can_v not_o arrest_v they_o but_o the_o aforesaid_a m._n with_o a_o certain_a man_n to_o who_o unknown_a in_o bed_n there_o behave_v herself_o then_o and_o sometime_o before_o so_o evil_o and_o for_o that_o cause_n very_o many_o evil_a person_n and_o disturber_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n there_o have_v often_o disturb_v the_o constable_n and_o very_o many_o of_o the_o neighbour_n there_o and_o she_o the_o say_v m._n although_o oftentimes_o thereupon_o then_o and_o before_o to_o desist_v from_o the_o premise_n by_o he_o the_o say_a constable_n have_v be_v require_v will_v not_o reform_v or_o justify_v herself_o thereupon_o neither_o by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n nor_o the_o king_n by_o which_o the_o same_o c._n then_o be_v constable_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a e._n with_o the_o same_o c._n her_o husband_n by_o his_o command_n come_v to_o his_o help_n their_o hand_n upon_o the_o aforesaid_a m._n there_o so_o lodging_n in_o bed_n with_o the_o aforesaid_a unknown_a man_n soft_o lay_v hand_n on_o and_o take_v she_o from_o that_o bed_n and_o her_o the_o say_a m._n as_o well_o for_o her_o punishment_n as_o to_o the_o terror_n of_o other_o the_o like_a whore_n whereas_o by_o the_o consideration_n and_o distinction_n of_o he_o the_o say_v c._n at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n that_o then_o after_o his_o death_n his_o executor_n or_o executor_n of_o his_o last_o will_n or_o administrator_n or_o administrator_n of_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o he_o so_o die_v be_v use_v and_o accustom_v to_o have_v the_o first_o election_n of_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o beast_n or_o of_o any_o other_o better_a thing_n which_o be_v of_o he_o so_o die_v at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n and_o the_o same_o live_a beast_n or_o other_o better_a thing_n first_o choose_v to_o be_v take_v and_o seize_v to_o the_o fulfil_n of_o the_o will_n of_o the_o testator_n so_o decease_a and_o after_o such_o election_n of_o the_o live_a beast_n or_o of_o other_o better_a thing_n of_o such_o person_n die_v by_o the_o executor_n or_o administrator_n of_o the_o good_n of_o such_o so_o die_v in_o form_n aforesaid_a make_v that_o then_o the_o aforesaid_a prior_n parson_n imparsonate_v of_o the_o church_n aforesaid_a or_o his_o deputy_n by_o the_o whole_a time_n aforesaid_a be_v use_v and_o accustom_v to_o have_v to_o himself_o of_o the_o beast_n or_o of_o other_o thing_n residue_n which_o be_v of_o the_o aforesaid_a so_o die_v person_n at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n the_o best_a beast_n or_o other_o better_a thing_n of_o his_o so_o die_v by_o his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n former_o in_o no_o wise_a take_v or_o seize_v for_o his_o mortuary_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a r._n and_o m._n say_v that_o the_o aforesaid_a e.g._n and_o i.r._n long_o before_o the_o say_a time_n wherein_o etc._n etc._n and_o at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o death_n of_o they_o be_v possess_v of_o the_o aforesaid_a horse_n and_o ox_n as_o of_o their_o proper_a horse_n and_o ox_n and_o so_o be_v thereof_o possess_v at_o ewell_n aforesaid_a constitute_v the_o aforesaid_a r.g._n executor_n of_o their_o last_o will_n and_o long_o before_o the_o aforesaid_a time_n wherein_o etc._n etc._n by_o mean_n whereof_o the_o say_v r.g._n possess_v until_o the_o say_a r.p.a._n and_o w._n in_o the_o say_a time_n whereinis_fw-la etc._n etc._n the_o same_o horse_n and_o ox_n out_o of_o the_o possession_n of_o he_o the_o say_v e._n g._n they_o take_v and_o lead_v away_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o e.g._n above_o against_o they_o complain_v and_o this_o etc._n etc._n whereupon_o for_o that_o the_o aforesaid_a r.p.a._n and_o w._n the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a above_o acknowledge_v he_o pray_v judgement_n and_o his_o damage_n upon_o that_o occasion_n to_o be_v adjudge_v unto_o he_o etc._n etc._n traverse_n the_o defendant_n maintain_v his_o plea_n in_o bar_n and_o traverse_n the_o custom_n plead_v by_o the_o plaintiff_n traverse_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a r.p.a._n and_o w._n as_o to_o the_o aforesaid_a living_n beast_n or_o other_o thing_n at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n that_o then_o after_o his_o death_n his_o executor_n or_o executor_n of_o his_o will_n aforesaid_a or_o the_o administrator_n or_o administrator_n of_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o he_o so_o die_v be_v use_v and_o accustom_v to_o have_v the_o first_o election_n of_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o live_n beast_n or_o of_o any_o other_o better_a thing_n which_o be_v of_o his_o so_o die_v at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n and_o the_o same_o live_a beast_n or_o other_o bet_fw-mi thing_n first_o choose_v to_o take_v and_o seize_v to_o the_o fulfil_n of_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o testament_n of_o such_o testator_n so_o decease_a as_o the_o aforesaid_a r.g._n above_o by_o plead_v have_v allege_v and_o this_o
