say_a commissioner_n shall_v severallye_o certyfye_v and_o deliver_v into_o the_o king_n and_o queens_n majesty_n exchequer_n with_o the_o several_a certificate_n of_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o rate_n of_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n at_o and_o by_o the_o time_n to_o they_o prescribe_v and_o appoint_v by_o this_o act_n for_o the_o certificate_n of_o the_o taxation_n of_o the_o every_o sum_n as_o to_o they_o shall_v aperteyne_a and_o if_o at_o the_o say_a day_n and_o place_n so_o limit_v and_o prefix_v by_o the_o say_a collectour_n the_o say_a constable_n officer_n or_o other_o person_n or_o inhabitant_n as_o be_v beforesayd_a for_o the_o say_v particular_a collection_n appoint_v &_o assign_v within_o such_o hundred_o city_n town_n or_o other_o place_n do_v not_o pay_v unto_o the_o say_a collector_n the_o sum_n within_o their_o several_a hundred_o town_n parish_n and_o other_o place_n due_a &_o comprise_v in_o the_o say_v estreate_v thereof_o to_o they_o deliver_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o some_o of_o they_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o they_o have_v by_o any_o mean_v receive_v ij_o d._n of_o every_o pound_n for_o the_o say_v particular_a collection_n as_o be_v beforesayde_v always_o to_o be_v thereof_o allow_v except_v and_o abate_v that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o the_o say_v high_a collector_n and_o everye_o of_o they_o and_o to_o their_o assign_n to_o distrain_v every_o of_o the_o say_a constable_n officer_n and_o other_o inhabitant_n for_o their_o say_a several_a and_o particular_a collection_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n comprise_v in_o the_o say_v estreat_v and_o writing_n thereof_o to_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o as_o be_v before_o express_v deliver_v or_o for_o as_o much_o of_o the_o same_o sum_n as_o so_o then_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v gather_v and_o levy_v and_o be_v behind_o and_o unpaid_a by_o the_o good_n and_o cattle_n of_o every_o of_o they_o so_o be_v behind_o and_o the_o distress_n so_o take_v to_o be_v keep_v aprayse_v and_o sell_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a &_o thereof_o to_o take_v and_o levy_v the_o sum_n so_o then_o be_v behind_o and_o unpayd_a and_o the_o overplus_n come_v of_o the_o sale_n of_o the_o say_a distress_n if_o any_o be_v to_o be_v restore_v and_o deliver_v unto_o the_o owner_n in_o form_n above_o remember_v provide_v always_o that_o no_o person_n inhabitinge_v in_o any_o city_n borough_n or_o town_n corporate_a shall_v be_v compel_v to_o be_v a_o assessour_n or_o collectour_n of_o or_o for_o any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n in_o any_o place_n or_o place_n out_o of_o the_o say_a city_n boroughe_n or_o town_n corporate_a where_o he_o dwell_v and_o it_o be_v also_o by_o the_o say_a authority_n enact_v that_o if_o any_o inhabitaunte_n or_o officer_n or_o whatsoever_o person_n or_o person_n charge_v to_o and_o for_o the_o collection_n or_o receipt_n of_o any_o part_n or_o portion_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n by_o any_o manner_n of_o mean_n according_a to_o this_o act_n or_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o themselves_o or_o as_o keeper_n guardian_n deputy_n factor_n or_o attorney_n of_o or_o for_o any_o other_o person_n or_o personne_n of_o any_o good_n and_o cattelle_n of_o the_o owner_n thereof_o at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_v asseass_a to_o be_v make_v be_v out_o of_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o any_o other_o party_n not_o know_v or_o of_o and_o for_o the_o good_n and_o cattle_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o personne_n of_o any_o corporation_n fraternity_n mystery_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o cominaltye_n be_v incorporate_a or_o not_o incorporate_v and_o all_o personne_n have_v in_o their_o rule_n governaunce_n and_o custody_n any_o good_n or_o cattle_n at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a assessing_n to_o be_v make_v or_o which_o for_o any_o cause_n for_o and_o by_o collection_n or_o for_o himself_o or_o for_o any_o other_o or_o by_o reason_n that_o he_o have_v the_o rule_n governaunce_n or_o custodye_n of_o any_o good_n or_o cattle_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n corporation_n cominaltye_n or_o fraternity_n guild_v or_o mystery_n or_o any_o such_o other_o like_a or_o as_o factoure_n deputy_n or_o attorney_n of_o or_o for_o any_o person_n shall_v be_v tax_v rate_v value_v &_o set_v to_o any_o sum_n or_o sum_n by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n and_o after_o the_o taxation_n or_o assess_v upon_o anisuch_n person_n or_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o same_o happen_v to_o die_v or_o depart_v from_o the_o place_n where_o he_o be_v so_o tax_v and_o set_v or_o his_o good_n or_o cattle_n be_v so_o eloin_v or_o in_o such_o pryvye_n and_o coverte_a manner_n keep_v as_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n charge_v with_o the_o same_o by_o estretes_n or_o other_o wrytynge_n from_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o asmany_a of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v by_o the_o say_a commission_n
