ordinance_n mention_v and_o all_o incident_a charge_n touch_v the_o same_o and_o such_o order_n shall_v be_v obey_v by_o every_o person_n and_o person_n in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o shall_v shall_v be_v tax_v levy_v and_o pay_v from_o the_o first_o day_n of_o february_n last_o till_o the_o first_o day_n of_o december_n next_o which_o comprehend_v more_o than_o ten_o month_n reckon_v eight_o and_o twenty_o day_n to_o the_o month_n whereupon_o some_o doubt_n have_v arisen_a touch_v the_o computation_n of_o the_o say_a month_n for_o clear_v whereof_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v
