certificate_n to_o the_o say_a register_n accountant_a thereby_o to_o defraud_v the_o commonwealth_n the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v loose_v and_o forfeit_v his_o money_n lend_v authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o excise_n and_o new_a impost_n upon_o commodity_n mention_v in_o the_o ordinance_n of_o the_o 11._o of_o september_n 1643._o or_o any_o ordinance_n or_o ordinance_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n make_v in_o explanation_n and_o continuance_n thereof_o shall_v be_v continue_v take_v and_o put_v in_o due_a execution_n until_o such_o time_n as_o all_o sum_n of_o money_n payable_a by_o virtue_n of_o this_o present_a ordinance_n shall_v be_v pay_v and_o satisfy_v and_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a money_n to_o be_v due_a and_o payable_a by_o virtue_n of_o this_o present_a ordinance_n shall_v not_o be_v debar_v put_v by_o or_o defer_v from_o be_v pay_v out_o of_o the_o say_a excise_n sale_n of_o bishop_n land_n the_o moiety_n of_o composition_n at_o goldsmith_n hall_n and_o sale_n of_o land_n and_o estate_n of_o papist_n in_o arm_n as_o aforesaid_a by_o any_o order_n or_o order_n ordinance_n or_o ordinance_n of_o one_o or_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o by_o any_o authority_n derive_v from_o they_o or_o either_o of_o they_o or_o otherwise_o by_o the_o payment_n of_o any_o other_o or_o further_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n then_o
