manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a provide_v that_o no_o fine_a to_o be_v impose_v upon_o any_o of_o the_o say_a committee_n shall_v for_o any_o one_o offence_n exceed_v the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n and_o that_o no_o fine_a to_o be_v impose_v upon_o any_o assessor_n collector_n or_o any_o other_o person_n to_o be_v employ_v by_o the_o say_a committee_n in_o the_o say_a service_n or_o refuse_v
