as_o large_a a_o commendation_n as_o a_o good_a man_n or_o a_o virtuous_a man_n but_o it_o be_v to_o be_v consider_v as_o before_o note_v that_o this_o virtue_n can_v no_o otherwise_o be_v suppose_v common_a to_o all_o man_n or_o every_o man_n then_o as_o that_o man_n may_v at_o the_o same_o time_n be_v suppose_v a_o full_a superior_a or_o proprietor_n in_o the_o distribution_n or_o commutation_n he_o be_v to_o make_v and_o that_o thereupon_o it_o be_v not_o a_o virtue_n proper_a to_o he_o as_o a_o man_n but_o as_o such_o a_o man_n that_o be_v as_o relate_v to_o he_o in_o his_o present_a power_n and_o superiority_n in_o what_o he_o be_v to_o distribute_v and_o his_o full_a propriety_n in_o the_o thing_n he_o do_v exchange_v and_o from_o thence_o it_o will_v still_o follow_v that_o as_o this_o occassonal_a relation_n of_o superiority_n do_v make_v the_o notion_n of_o justice_n assignable_a as_o aforesaid_a so_o to_o make_v it_o capable_a of_o a_o constant_a specifical_a difference_n there_o be_v no_o way_n but_o to_o affix_v it_o to_o he_o that_o be_v by_o office_n a_o constant_a superior_a for_o they_o shall_v have_v consider_v that_o although_o this_o virtue_n can_v be_v without_o the_o other_o namely_o without_o prudence_n precede_v and_o temperance_n and_o fortitude_n accompany_v its_o execution_n yet_o it_o have_v its_o object_n whole_o foreign_a and_o respect_v such_o person_n only_o as_o stand_v relate_v to_o other_o man_n in_o superiority_n and_o not_o as_o each_o man_n have_v power_n and_o government_n over_o himself_o as_o the_o other_o virtue_n do_v it_o must_v thereupon_o have_v its_o different_a definition_n according_o as_o for_o example_n temperance_n that_o whole_o relate_v to_o each_o one_o as_o have_v jurisdiction_n in_o himself_o for_o government_n of_o his_o own_o appetite_n and_o affection_n must_v therefore_o belong_v to_o all_o man_n because_o all_o man_n have_v such_o thing_n to_o govern_v and_o can_v have_v foreign_a jurisdiction_n only_o as_o accompany_v the_o justice_n of_o a_o superior_a and_o so_o must_v prudence_n and_o fortitude_n that_o partly_o relate_v to_o other_o good_a and_o partly_o to_o our_o own_o guidance_n be_v communicable_a to_o all_o man_n likewise_o because_o of_o the_o daily_a and_o general_a use_n of_o both_o for_o the_o benefit_n of_o other_o and_o their_o own_o separate_a good_a whereas_o justice_n that_o have_v its_o object_n whole_o in_o the_o good_a of_o other_o and_o do_v thereupon_o suppose_v the_o party_n qualify_v with_o ability_n proportionable_a must_v be_v appropriate_a to_o such_o only_a as_o have_v by_o their_o relation_n power_n to_o act_v according_o and_o then_o it_o will_v come_v to_o pass_v that_o although_o justcie_n may_v have_v perfection_n of_o degree_n and_o be_v more_o or_o less_o a_o virtue_n as_o this_o governor_n be_v more_o or_o less_o prudent_a temperate_a or_o magnanimous_a yet_o must_v the_o notion_n of_o justice_n be_v always_o assign_v to_o the_o act_n of_o superior_n upon_o inferior_n as_o such_o notwithstanding_o occasional_a deviation_n for_o as_o to_o be_v a_o reasonable_a creature_n remain_v the_o definition_n of_o all_o man_n as_o man_n yea_o though_o they_o be_v most_o foolish_a so_o can_v the_o violent_a action_n of_o some_o deprive_v man_n in_o supreme_a authority_n from_o have_v the_o notion_n of_o justice_n appropriate_a to_o that_o sort_n of_o man_n only_o and_o this_o because_o a_o man_n in_o supreme_a authority_n be_v the_o subject_n wherein_o justice_n can_v only_o reside_v even_o as_o they_o of_o the_o definition_n of_o just_a more_o than_o the_o unreasonableness_n or_o imprudence_n of_o some_o man_n or_o of_o some_o action_n of_o any_o man_n can_v take_v from_o they_o or_o he_o that_o definition_n of_o a_o reasonable_a creature_n for_o the_o question_n be_v not_o concern_v the_o perfection_n of_o the_o predicate_v but_o of_o its_o propriety_n of_o inherence_n therefore_o the_o root_n of_o mischief_n be_v remain_v within_o how_o oft_o will_v power_n and_o craft_n find_v evasion_n to_o act_v its_o own_o malice_n to_o public_a disturbance_n beside_o that_o torture_n of_o patience_n humility_n etc._n etc._n will_v be_v find_v the_o chief_a drift_n of_o the_o gospel_n if_o not_o the_o only_a precept_n that_o private_a person_n can_v of_o their_o own_o judgement_n rely_v upon_o they_o proceed_v from_o the_o same_o precept_n of_o love_n and_o charity_n these_o teach_v we_o how_o with_o charity_n to_o suffer_v from_o other_o as_o the_o orhe_a do_v how_o to_o be_v inward_o affect_v in_o my_o act_n towards_o they_o for_o as_o whatsoever_o thing_n be_v write_v aforetime_o be_v write_v for_o our_o learning_n so_o be_v it_o do_v that_o we_o through_o patience_n
