not_o only_o a_o keeper_n of_o swine_n but_o like_a to_o one_o of_o the_o herd_n itself_o be_v force_v to_o eat_v as_o they_o do_v and_o yet_o still_o so_o pinch_v and_o straighten_v that_o he_o find_v not_o enough_o to_o sill_z his_o belly_n a_o very_a true_a and_o lively_a image_n of_o man_n abandon_v to_o vice_n and_o folly_n who_o by_o indulgence_n to_o their_o lust_n lose_v that_o very_a ease_n and_o liberty_n that_o satisfaction_n and_o pleasure_n of_o life_n which_o they_o endeavour_v to_o find_v in_o it_o but_o to_o leave_v this_o parable_n at_o the_o present_a and_o to_o proceed_v a_o step_n further_o i_o must_v not_o omit_v to_o put_v you_o in_o mind_n of_o the_o many_o remorse_n and_o regret_v which_o always_o attend_v the_o first_o beginning_n if_o not_o the_o entire_a course_n and_o progress_n of_o apostasy_n from_o the_o way_n of_o virtue_n for_o god_n have_v be_v and_o still_o be_v so_o faithful_a to_o we_o both_o in_o the_o frame_n of_o our_o own_o nature_n and_o the_o suggestion_n of_o his_o spirit_n that_o both_o these_o put_v many_o check_n upon_o we_o in_o our_o first_o adventure_n upon_o evil_n and_o although_o man_n conscience_n lose_v their_o edge_n and_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n withdraw_v from_o they_o after_o long_a continuance_n in_o their_o sin_n yet_o be_v their_o condition_n much_o the_o worse_o for_o these_o effect_n though_o less_o uneasy_a at_o the_o present_a for_o there_o be_v no_o man_n but_o think_v it_o better_a to_o be_v ready_o capable_a of_o a_o cure_n although_o by_o the_o very_o sharp_a remedy_n than_o to_o die_v of_o a_o stupid_a and_o dull_a disease_n beside_o it_o must_v not_o be_v omit_v that_o the_o ease_n that_o be_v gain_v by_o be_v deliver_v from_o the_o rebuke_n and_o reproof_n of_o conscience_n be_v far_o overbalance_v by_o a_o loss_n which_o can_v be_v divide_v from_o it_o namely_o the_o loss_n of_o the_o joy_n of_o innocence_n and_o of_o the_o sense_n of_o god_n favour_n and_o hope_v of_o
