partaker_n not_o only_o of_o the_o external_a sign_n and_o sacramental_a bread_n but_o also_o of_o christ_n the_o thing_n signify_v by_o they_o the_o heavenly_a bread_n who_o will_v preserve_v you_o from_o eternal_a death_n and_o bring_v you_o into_o the_o glorious_a kingdom_n of_o his_o father_n to_o enjoy_v after_o the_o sacred_a banquet_n of_o grace_n the_o glorious_a banquet_n of_o glory_n amen_n to_o the_o right_n worshipful_a right_o virtuous_a and_o true_o religious_a my_o much_o honour_a friend_n william_n adam_n esq_n felicity_n and_o peace_n sir_n the_o merit_n and_o high_a repute_n of_o your_o civility_n be_v as_o a_o voice_n that_o be_v hear_v not_o only_o in_o all_o the_o place_n where_o you_o have_v be_v but_o in_o many_o other_o also_o which_o be_v not_o honour_v must_v confess_v that_o your_o worship_n be_v endue_v with_o such_o rare_a and_o eminent_a quality_n that_o there_o be_v few_o among_o person_n of_o eminency_n who_o do_v enjoy_v they_o it_o be_v not_o then_o without_o design_n that_o i_o be_o solicitous_a to_o present_v the_o spiritual_a kingdom_n of_o our_o saviour_n against_o the_o monarchical_a reign_n of_o our_o chiliast_n to_o your_o celestial_a and_o spiritual_a life_n which_o the_o saint_n enjoy_v in_o our_o saviour_n for_o i_o be_o sure_a that_o you_o will_v be_v ravish_v with_o admiration_n in_o the_o very_a hear_n of_o that_o sacred_a life_n yet_o i_o desire_v that_o you_o give_v place_n to_o my_o weakness_n excuse_v my_o infirmity_n and_o suffer_v i_o to_o exhort_v you_o to_o run_v after_o it_o with_o all_o the_o sincerity_n of_o your_o heart_n but_o before_o forsake_v the_o world_n and_o its_o lust_n for_o it_o be_v impossible_a to_o live_v with_o christ_n while_o we_o live_v the_o life_n of_o this_o corrupt_a world_n let_v then_o every_o one_o of_o we_o pull_v down_o the_o idol_n which_o we_o have_v erect_v upon_o our_o heart_n to_o the_o profanation_n of_o the_o name_n of_o the_o almighty_a god_n and_o confusion_n of_o our_o immortal_a soul_n you_o that_o be_v covetous_a let_v i_o persuade_v you_o to_o remove_v mammon_n from_o your_o affection_n that_o you_o may_v offer_v a_o agreeable_a sacrifice_n unto_o god_n and_o come_v to_o the_o life_n of_o grace_n consider_v that_o riches_n continue_v not_o long_o with_o we_o for_o you_o know_v that_o sometime_o the_o sea_n that_o unconstant_a element_n take_v by_o violence_n all_o we_o and_o that_o which_o we_o have_v from_o other_o as_o great_a merchant_n by_o experience_n may_v inform_v you_o and_o sometime_o a_o sickness_n will_v consume_v our_o estate_n nay_o sometime_o the_o negligence_n or_o bad_a conscience_n of_o our_o debitour_n will_v deprive_v we_o of_o all_o our_o revenue_n and_o make_v we_o poor_a and_o miserable_a but_o suppose_v that_o all_o your_o good_n remain_v with_o you_o all_o your_o life_n time_n at_o last_o they_o must_v leave_v you_o although_o you_o will_v not_o leave_v they_o for_o at_o death_n you_o carry_v nothing_o with_o you_o but_o a_o winding-sheet_n in_o the_o grave_n and_o a_o good_a or_o bad_a conscience_n before_o the_o tribunal_n of_o god_n you_o that_o be_v voluptuous_a leave_v your_o sensual_a pleasure_n that_o hinder_v you_o to_o come_v to_o the_o life_n of_o grace_n consider_v that_o the_o pleasure_n of_o this_o world_n pass_v as_o soon_o as_o they_o appear_v unto_o we_o you_o enjoy_v they_o for_o some_o moment_n only_o and_o that_o with_o grief_n after_o their_o possession_n for_o you_o know_v that_o sorrow_n inseparable_o follow_v the_o sensual_a pleasure_n of_o this_o world_n those_o beauty_n which_o captivate_v our_o affection_n be_v mortal_a and_o changeable_a and_o vanish_v at_o the_o least_o sickness_n but_o we_o be_v blind_v by_o the_o fatal_a and_o irreligious_a cupid_n which_o hold_v we_o fast_o with_o his_o voluptuous_a chain_n which_o we_o must_v break_v to_o turn_v our_o face_n to_o the_o eternal_a beauty_n which_o be_v unchangeable_a and_o full_a of_o purity_n and_o holiness_n that_o we_o may_v enjoy_v the_o celestial_a pleasure_n with_o the_o spiritual_a life_n which_o we_o have_v in_o christ_n you_o that_o be_v ambitious_a leave_n your_o worldly_a honour_n and_o pull_v down_o your_o pride_n and_o with_o humility_n desire_v of_o god_n through_o jesus_n christ_n the_o life_n of_o grace_n that_o you_o may_v live_v with_o our_o bless_a saviour_n let_v every_o sinner_n pluck_v his_o sin_n out_o of_o his_o own_o heart_n that_o he_o may_v be_v able_a to_o receive_v the_o celestial_a impression_n upon_o it_o to_o die_v unto_o sin_n and_o live_v unto_o righteousness_n but_o observe_v that_o if_o the_o saint_n or_o faithful_a live_v with_o christ_n in_o this_o world_n they_o reign_v also_o with_o he_o for_o it_o be_v only_o in_o the_o gracious_a kingdom_n of_o jesus_n christ_n that_o we_o live_v the_o life_n of_o grace_n and_o it_o be_v true_a enough_o nay_o no_o christian_a can_v deny_v that_o the_o saint_n reign_v here_o with_o christ_n for_o in_o his_o kingdom_n the_o saint_n have_v power_n over_o their_o sinful_a flesh_n when_o before_o their_o come_n into_o it_o the_o flesh_n have_v power_n over_o they_o which_o oblige_v the_o grand_a apostle_n s_o paul_n rom._n 6.12_o to_o say_v let_v not_o sin_n reign_v therefore_o in_o your_o mortal_a body_n that_o you_o shall_v obey_v it_o in_o the_o lust_n have_v over_o they_o in_o that_o kingdom_n of_o our_o lord_n we_o have_v also_o power_n over_o this_o corrupt_a world_n when_o before_o it_o have_v a_o empire_n over_o we_o you_o be_v no_o more_o subject_n nor_o slave_n of_o its_o corruptible_a treasure_n vanish_v honour_n and_o sensual_a pleasure_n for_o if_o you_o possess_v some_o honour_n enjoy_v some_o pleasure_n and_o have_v riches_n you_o apply_v not_o your_o heart_n unto_o they_o and_o so_o you_o possess_v they_o as_o possess_v they_o not_o moreover_o consider_v what_o advantage_n we_o have_v in_o that_o spiritual_a kingdom_n of_o christ_n for_o reign_v with_o he_o we_o be_v in_o some_o kind_a mundi_fw-la domim_fw-la the_o lord_n of_o the_o world_n because_o we_o have_v a_o spiritual_a right_n to_o all_o the_o creature_n of_o god_n for_o as_o the_o apostle_n say_v 1_o cor._n 3.21_o all_o thing_n be_v you_o but_o i_o say_v a_o spiritual_a right_n to_o distinguish_v it_o from_o that_o which_o we_o call_v natural_a and_o civil_a right_n which_o man_n have_v to_o that_o which_o they_o legal_o possess_v for_o we_o must_v take_v heed_n of_o this_o error_n which_o make_v a_o universal_a confusion_n wherever_o it_o prevail_v now_o give_v i_o leave_v to_o tell_v you_o that_o it_o be_v by_o faith_n that_o we_o here_o reign_v with_o christ_n and_o that_o it_o be_v by_o hope_n by_o charity_n and_o by_o patience_n with_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o christian_a virtue_n for_o you_o know_v that_o they_o defend_v and_o hold_v we_o fast_o against_o our_o enemy_n so_o that_o we_o prevail_v against_o they_o in_o our_o affliction_n and_o calamity_n even_o in_o our_o death_n leave_v then_o the_o millenaries_n with_o the_o earthly_a opinion_n of_o their_o worldly_a kingdom_n let_v they_o possess_v the_o earth_n god_n if_o we_o have_v not_o be_v in_o the_o gracious_a kingdom_n of_o our_o saviour_n then_o let_v we_o all_o look_n now_o for_o that_o kingdom_n and_o keep_v there_o all_o our_o life_n time_n that_o
