blood_n bloodshedding_n or_o death_n of_o his_o cross_n and_o that_o be_v the_o root_n and_o foundation_n of_o all_o these_o precious_a fruit_n be_v the_o drink_n indeed_o the_o bottom_n matter_n of_o no_o life_n in_o they_o answ_n they_o have_v hitherto_o intimate_v their_o corrupt_a mind_n against_o the_o personal_a and_o now_o glorious_a body_n of_o christ_n and_o against_o the_o heaven_n in_o which_o it_o be_v as_o only_o design_v to_o cast_v he_o down_o from_o his_o excellency_n now_o they_o proceed_v to_o imply_v and_o privy_o cast_v out_o their_o venom_n against_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n as_o if_o that_o blood_n that_o be_v shed_v be_v personal_a suffering_n to_o the_o shed_v of_o his_o blood_n and_o death_n of_o the_o cross_n be_v not_o the_o drink_n indeed_o and_o purger_n of_o the_o conscience_n for_o so_o in_o their_o supposition_n they_o imply_v that_o as_o a_o question_n whether_o that_o blood_n of_o christ_n that_o be_v shed_v be_v the_o drink_n indeed_o etc._n etc._n and_o then_o frame_v their_o follow_a question_n of_o purpose_n to_o deny_v or_o make_v it_o void_a from_o be_v so_o for_o if_o it_o be_v so_o say_v they_o then_o where_o be_v it_o &_o c_o in_o which_o as_o in_o the_o former_a they_o imply_v that_o man_n can_v eat_v his_o flesh_n and_o drink_v his_o blood_n except_o it_o be_v in_o a_o sensible_a be_v present_a with_o they_o nigh_o to_o or_o in_o they_o and_o so_o consequent_o deny_v that_o blood_n of_o his_o cross_n that_o be_v shed_v for_o the_o remission_n of_o sin_n to_o be_v the_o drink_n indeed_o and_o the_o purger_n of_o the_o be_v drink_v except_o in_o its_o material_a be_v it_o be_v in_o christ_n flesh_n or_o somewhere_o else_o nigh_o to_o man_n in_o a_o present_a material_a existence_n for_o if_o that_o blood_n that_o be_v shed_v say_v they_o be_v the_o drink_n indeed_o then_o where_o be_v it_o if_o not_o in_o christ_n flesh_n as_o they_o say_v we_o affirm_v but_o they_o say_v false_o for_o we_o oft_o declare_v that_o as_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n be_v the_o bottom_n ground_n or_o foundation_n of_o our_o faith_n or_o that_o by_o mean_n of_o which_o he_o be_v so_o and_o so_o as_o it_o be_v the_o drink_n not_o but_o in_o their_o nonsencical_a language_n yea_o 4._o in_o the_o whole_a of_o this_o question_n they_o imply_v a_o imagination_n that_o there_o be_v some_o other_o blood_n of_o christ_n beside_o that_o which_o be_v shed_v or_o his_o blood_n shed_v and_o death_n once_o suffer_v in_o the_o flesh_n and_o that_o that_o other_o blood_n be_v the_o drink_n indeed_o and_o the_o purger_n of_o the_o conscience_n and_o so_o consequent_o that_o there_o be_v some_o other_o flesh_n or_o body_n of_o his_o flesh_n beside_o that_o which_o be_v break_v for_o we_o which_o and_o not_o the_o former_a be_v the_o meat_n indeed_o and_o so_o they_o in_o their_o imagination_n make_v void_a his_o once_o suffering_n in_o the_o flesh_n in_o that_o one_o body_n so_o prepare_v for_o he_o as_o before_o as_o foundation_n of_o our_o faith_n see_v else_o our_o book_n these_o word_n or_o of_o the_o foundation_n they_o willing_o leave_v out_o and_o whereas_o we_o add_v to_o what_o they_o repeat_v viz._n to_o that_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n be_v not_o simple_o the_o foundation_n we_o add_v but_o christ_n himself_o by_o virtue_n of_o it_o as_o it_o be_v shed_v for_o we_o and_o he_o raise_v from_o the_o dead_a and_o he_o abide_v for_o ever_o they_o have_v conceal_v those_o word_n which_o have_v they_o repeat_v they_o have_v have_v no_o ground_n for_o their_o cavil_n be_v not_o these_o mere_a
