shall_v so_o claim_v demand_n detain_v or_o possess_v which_o say_v forfeiture_n shall_v â—e_v levy_v â—ecovered_v and_o employ_v in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v afore_o rehearse_v provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o it_o shall_v fortune_n the_o creditor_n of_o any_o such_o bankrupt_a as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o be_v satisfy_v and_o pay_v of_o their_o debt_n and_o duty_n of_o or_o with_o the_o proper_a land_n tenement_n good_n chattel_n and_o debt_n of_o the_o say_a bankrupt_n or_o of_o or_o with_o the_o same_o and_o some_o part_n of_o so_o execute_v the_o say_a commission_n within_o convenient_a time_n after_o the_o levy_n thereof_o pay_v unto_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n thereof_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n employ_v and_o distribute_v to_o and_o among_o the_o poor_a within_o the_o hospital_n in_o every_o city_n town_n or_o county_n where_o any_o such_o bankrupt_a shall_v happen_v to_o be_v any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o not_o withstand_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o
authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v indebt_v do_v of_o purpose_n withdraw_v he_o or_o themselves_o out_o or_o from_o his_o or_o their_o usual_a mansion_n house_n or_o house_n that_o then_o upon_o complaint_n thereof_o make_v to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n have_v authority_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a the_o same_o commissioner_n or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o shall_v by_o virtue_n and_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a act_n have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o award_v five_o proclamation_n to_o be_v make_v in_o the_o queen_n name_n upon_o five_o sundry_a market_n day_n in_o such_o place_n near_o the_o place_n where_o such_o bankrupt_a have_v most_o common_o dwell_v or_o make_v his_o abode_n command_v he_o or_o they_o by_o the_o same_o proclamation_n in_o the_o queen_n name_n to_o return_v with_o all_o convenient_a speed_n and_o to_o yield_v he_o or_o their_o body_n before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n have_v authority_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o one_o of_o they_o at_o such_o time_n and_o place_n as_o by_o the_o say_a proclamation_n shall_v be_v appoint_v and_o if_o the_o say_a person_n be_v not_o according_a to_o such_o proclamation_n repair_v and_o yield_v his_o or_o their_o body_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a that_o then_o the_o body_n of_o all_o and_o every_o such_o offender_n or_o offender_n shall_v be_v adjudge_v take_v and_o deem_v to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n out_o of_o the_o queen_n protection_n and_o that_o also_o every_o person_n and_o person_n that_o shall_v willing_o and_o witting_o help_v to_o hide_v or_o convey_v or_o shall_v witting_o and_o willing_o receive_v detain_v or_o keep_v secret_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o demand_v by_o proclamation_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v suffer_v such_o pain_n by_o imprisonment_n of_o he_o or_o their_o body_n or_o to_o pay_v such_o fine_a to_o our_o sovereign_a lady_n the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n the_o creditor_n of_o any_o such_o offender_n or_o offender_n debtor_n or_o debtor_n which_o so_o do_v depart_v the_o realm_n keep_v his_o or_o their_o house_n or_o house_n or_o otherwise_o absent_a or_o withdraw_v he_o or_o themselves_o into_o place_n unknown_a or_o take_v sanctuary_n or_o will_v suffer_v him-or_a themselves_o to_o be_v arrest_v or_o outlaw_v or_o yield_v his_o or_o their_o body_n into_o prison_n purposely_o and_o for_o the_o cause_n aforesaid_a be_v not_o full_o satisfy_v or_o otherwise_o content_v for_o their_o debt_n and_o duty_n by_o the_o way_n and_o mean_n before_o offender_n in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v have_v have_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act._n and_o that_o the_o say_a creditor_n or_o creditor_n and_o every_o
