afore-letten_a premise_n in_o with_o and_z by_o all_o and_o all_o manner_n of_o necessary_a reparation_n when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o need_v shall_v be_v during_o the_o say_a term_n and_o also_o all_o and_o every_o the_o pavement_n siege_n and_o widraught_n of_o or_o belong_v to_o the_o same_o premise_n shall_v at_o his_o and_o their_o like_a cost_n and_o charge_n well_o and_o sufficent_o pave_v make_v and_o amend_v purge_v cleanse_v scour_v and_o make_v clean_a when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o need_v shall_v be_v during_o the_o say_a term_n by_o these_o present_v grant_v &_o the_o same_o premise_n so_o well_o and_o sufficient_o repair_v support_v pave_v scour_v cleanse_v sustain_v and_o maintain_v in_o the_o end_n or_o other_o determination_n of_o this_o present_a lease_n shall_v and_o will_v leave_v and_o yield_v up_o unto_o the_o say_v h_n h_n his_o &c._n &c._n and_o further_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a m_n d_o and_o this_o present_a lease_n to_o come_v and_o enter_v into_o the_o say_a demised_a premise_n and_o into_o every_o or_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n thereof_o with_o two_o or_o three_o other_o to_o view_v and_o search_v what_o reparation_n shall_v be_v needful_a there_o to_o be_v do_v and_o if_o any_o default_n or_o lack_v of_o reparation_n shall_v there_o happen_v to_o be_v find_v that_o then_o and_o so_o often_o he_o the_o say_a p_o l_o his_o etc._n etc._n at_o his_o and_o their_o own_o proper_a cost_n and_o charge_n within_o two_o month_n next_o after_o notice_n and_o warning_n thereof_o give_v shall_v well_o and_o sufficient_o repair_v amend_v and_o make_v the_o same_o from_o time_n to_o time_n during_o the_o say_a term_n of_o one_o and_o twenty_o year_n and_o that_o in_o and_o by_o all_o thing_n when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o any_o such_o lack_n or_o default_n of_o reparation_n shall_v be_v so_o find_v and_o further_o the_o say_a p_o l_o do_v etc._n etc._n that_o he_o the_o say_a p_o l_o quarterly_a for_o payment_n of_o a_o fine_a or_o income_n quarterly_a his_o etc._n etc._n or_o some_o of_o they_o shall_v well_o and_o true_o content_a and_o pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v content_v or_o pay_v unto_o the_o say_v h_n h_n his_o etc._n etc._n or_o some_o of_o they_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o three_o hundred_o li._n of_o etc._n etc._n be_v the_o fine_a or_o income_n of_o the_o premise_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n follow_v viz._n in_o or_o upon_o the_o feast_n day_n of_o n._n next_o coming_z after_o the_o date_n hereof_o or_o within_o twelve_o day_n next_o after_o the_o same_o feast_n day_n at_o or_o within_o etc._n etc._n the_o sum_n of_o 130_o li._n of_o etc._n etc._n on_o the_o feast_n day_n of_o s._n then_o next_o ensue_v or_o within_o twelve_o day_n next_o after_o the_o same_o feast_n day_n at_o the_o place_n of_o payment_n aforesaid_a other_o 130_o li._n etc._n etc._n and_z and_o so_o afterward_o at_o every_o of_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o n._n s._n the_o b._n and_o t._n which_o shall_v happen_v during_o the_o say_a term_n of_o 21_o year_n or_o within_o 12_o day_n next_o after_o every_o of_o the_o same_o feast_n the_o sum_n of_o 125_o li._n of_o good_a etc._n etc._n at_o the_o place_n of_o payment_n aforesaid_a for_o and_o in_o full_a discharge_n satisfaction_n and_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o 300_o li._n of_o good_a etc._n etc._n of_o and_o for_o the_o say_v fine_a or_o income_n to_o be_v pay_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o moreover_o that_o neither_o he_o the_o say_a p_o l_o donor_n not_o to_o grant_v any_o estate_n without_o the_o licence_n of_o the_o donor_n his_o executor_n etc._n etc._n nor_o any_o of_o they_o nor_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n claim_v any_o thing_n in_o or_o to_o the_o demised_a premise_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o by_o from_z or_o under_o the_o say_v p_o l._n shall_v at_o any_o time_n or_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o natural_a life_n of_o the_o say_v h_n and_o a_o his_o wife_n and_o the_o life_n of_o the_o long_a liver_n of_o they_o grant_v alien_a assign_v or_o set_v over_o he_o or_o their_o say_a interest_n or_o term_n hereby_o grant_v or_o any_o part_n thereof_o of_o or_o in_o the_o say_v demise_v premise_n or_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n thereof_o to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n that_o shall_v use_v the_o trade_n or_o occupation_n of_o a_o s._n or_o any_o noisome_a trade_n except_o it_o be_v by_o and_o with_o the_o consent_n and_o agreement_n of_o the_o say_v h_n his_o executor_n etc._n etc._n in_o write_v under_o he_o or_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n in_o that_o behalf_n first_o have_v and_o obtain_v and_o further_o the_o say_a p_o l_o do_v etc._n etc._n household_n to_o deliver_v implement_n of_o household_n that_o he_o the_o say_a p_o l_o his_o executor_n be_v mention_v and_o express_v in_o a_o schedule_n indent_v to_o these_o present_v annex_v in_o as_o good_a case_n as_o the_o same_o now_o be_v and_o be_v reasonable_a wear_n thereof_o only_o except_v provide_v always_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o say_a term_n of_o 21_o year_n herein_o before_o grant_v quarer_o reentry_n for_o nonpayment_n of_o a_o fine_a or_o income_n quarer_o any_o of_o the_o say_v quarterly_a payment_n of_o 4_o li._n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o to_o be_v behind_o and_o unpaid_a by_o the_o several_a time_n and_o space_n above_o limit_v to_o be_v pay_v after_o every_o or_o any_o of_o the_o say_a feast_n contrary_a to_o the_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o these_o present_n be_v demand_v at_o the_o place_n of_o payment_n afore_o limit_v and_o appoint_v for_o payment_n
