in_o all_o society_n of_o this_o nature_n be_v oblige_v to_o duty_n within_o their_o particular_a district_n this_o must_v be_v a_o double_a sacrilege_n not_o only_o as_o the_o right_n of_o the_o jurisdiction_n itself_o be_v on_o these_o principle_n suppose_v to_o be_v sacred_a and_o consequent_o such_o as_o can_v be_v usurp_v by_o any_o how_o sacred_a soever_o themselves_o be_v without_o themselves_o deprive_v of_o the_o external_a solemnity_n by_o which_o this_o interest_n in_o the_o covenant_n itself_o be_v ordinary_o get_v and_o maintain_v the_o equity_n of_o the_o covenant_n be_v too_o subtle_a a_o thing_n for_o these_o to_o judge_v or_o to_o be_v confident_a of_o when_o they_o find_v themselves_o uncapable_a of_o a_o legal_a claim_n and_o yet_o if_o they_o be_v to_o judge_n of_o the_o obligation_n of_o the_o divine_a equity_n by_o those_o rule_n which_o they_o shall_v think_v equal_a for_o themselves_o if_o they_o be_v oblige_v as_o god_n be_v they_o can_v not_o think_v god_n oblige_v even_o in_o equity_n in_o the_o matter_n we_o be_v speak_v of_o if_o themselves_o have_v make_v a_o covenant_n upon_o condition_n of_o the_o performance_n of_o the_o solemnity_n of_o again_o wherein_o he_o be_v before_o the_o covenant_n be_v make_v nay_o though_o the_o condition_n to_o be_v perform_v have_v be_v a_o valuable_a consideration_n and_o so_o have_v be_v a_o ground_n of_o equity_n upon_o non-performance_n of_o the_o
