the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a colonel_n william_n white_a luke_n robinson_n adam_n baines_n doctor_n william_n parker_n and_o john_n jackson_n esquire_n shall_v receive_v the_o sum_n of_o one_o penny_n in_o the_o pound_n out_o of_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o say_a duty_n of_o custom_n and_o subsidy_n and_o the_o like_a sum_n of_o one_o penny_n in_o the_o pound_n out_o of_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o excise_n and_o new_a impost_n for_o their_o salary_n and_o pain_n which_o shall_v be_v pay_v from_o time_n to_o time_n by_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o custom_n and_o that_o have_v or_o shall_v have_v any_o import_n account_n depend_v in_o the_o office_n of_o excise_n within_o the_o port_n of_o london_n or_o in_o any_o the_o out-port_n of_o this_o commonwealth_n for_o good_n and_o merchandize_n former_o enter_v who_o shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o clear_v his_o say_a account_n when_o due_o summon_v and_o require_v thereunto_o by_o the_o commissioner_n for_o exise_n and_o new_a impost_n or_o their_o sub-commissioner_n respective_o within_o their_o several_a division_n as_o by_o the_o law_n of_o excize_n they_o be_v enjoin_v be_v permit_v or_o allow_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o sub-commissioner_n to_o have_v any_o further_a credit_n for_o the_o say_a duty_n until_o he_o or_o they_o respective_o shall_v have_v merchandize_n and_o commodity_n he_o or_o they_o shall_v import_v from_o time_n to_o time_n upon_o the_o first_o entry_n until_o they_o shall_v have_v full_o clear_v and_o pay_v in_o the_o arrear_n and_o balance_n of_o their_o account_n as_o aforesaid_a any_o law_n statute_n ordinance_n custom_n or_o usage_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o and_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o no_o power_n or_o authority_n shall_v be_v exercise_v by_o any_o justice_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n whatsoever_o for_o the_o levy_v or_o pay_v of_o any_o of_o this_o penalty_n fine_n or_o forfeiture_n set_v or_o impose_v for_o or_o concern_v the_o duty_n or_o excise_n or_o new_a impost_n other_o than_o such_o power_n as_o be_v mention_v and_o contain_v in_o one_o
