charge_v any_o person_n with_o find_v a_o foot-souldier_n in_o arm_n that_o have_v not_o a_o yearly_a revenue_n of_o 40_o l._n or_o a_o personal_a estate_n of_o 500_o l._n in_o good_n or_o money_n and_o after_o the_o say_a rate_n proportionable_o for_o a_o great_a or_o lesser_a estate_n it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o nine_o or_o more_o of_o they_o to_o they_o shall_v be_v absent_a from_o their_o dwelling_n or_o calling_n by_o occasion_n of_o muster_n or_o exercise_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o to_o be_v assess_v or_o charge_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v by_o the_o time_n to_o be_v appoint_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n to_o provide_v and_o funish_v such_o sufficient_a horse_n or_o horse_n arm_n and_o other_o furniture_n or_o to_o pay_v such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n towards_o the_o provide_v and_o furnish_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o it_o
