exceéd_v the_o sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n sterling_n the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o barony_n and_o franchise_n within_o the_o precinct_n thereof_o wherein_o all_o or_o any_o of_o the_o say_a fact_n shall_v be_v commit_v and_o not_o the_o county_n at_o large_a shall_v make_v satisfaction_n and_o amends_o for_o the_o same_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o with_o such_o distinction_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o in_o all_o case_n where_o the_o damage_n do_v exceéd_v the_o sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n sterl_n the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o county_n wherein_o all_o or_o any_o of_o the_o say_a fact_n shall_v evidence_n that_o shall_v be_v on_o the_o trial_n offer_v to_o they_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o person_n and_o person_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a rob_a or_o damnify_v may_v be_v hereby_o enable_v to_o sue_v for_o and_o recover_v he_o or_o their_o damage_n against_o any_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o say_a county_n or_o barony_n who_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v make_v liable_a to_o answer_v any_o part_n thereof_o and_o that_o immediate_o after_o such_o recovery_n and_o execution_n against_o the_o say_a inhabitant_n all_o other_o the_o be_v at_o liberty_n shall_v give_v notice_n of_o such_o robbery_n or_o mischief_n do_v and_o commit_v unto_o some_o of_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o some_o town_n village_n or_o hamlet_n near_o unto_o
