other_o person_n whatsoever_o shall_v from_o the_o say_v first_o day_n of_o maye_n by_o virtue_n of_o any_o commission_n or_o otherwise_o take_v any_o hear_n or_o sea_n fish_n from_o any_o of_o the_o kynde_n either_o fresh_a or_o salt_n and_o that_o without_o fraud_n or_o covyn_n and_o so_o shall_v also_o order_v that_o the_o same_o fish_n be_v meet_a and_o seasonable_a and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v eat_v or_o spend_v in_o like_a manner_n as_o upon_o friday_n or_o saturday_n in_o like_a case_n be_v use_v and_o that_o also_o such_o person_n as_o have_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v have_v upon_o good_a and_o just_a consideration_n any_o lawful_a licence_n to_o eat_v flesh_n upon_o any_o fish_n day_n except_o such_o person_n as_o for_o sickness_n shall_v for_o the_o time_n be_v license_v by_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n or_o by_o their_o curate_n or_o shall_v be_v license_v by_o reason_n of_o age_n or_o other_o impediment_n allow_v heretofore_o by_o the_o ecclesiastical_a law_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v be_v bind_v by_o force_n of_o this_o statute_n to_o have_v for_o every_o one_o dish_n of_o flesh_n serve_v to_o be_v eat_v at_o their_o table_n one_o usual_a dish_n of_o sea_n fish_n fresh_a or_o salt_n to_o be_v likewise_o serve_v at_o the_o same_o table_n and_o to_o be_v eat_v or_o spend_v without_o fraud_n or_o covin_z as_z the_z like_o kind_n be_v or_o shall_v of_o expense_n of_o sea_n fish_n and_o that_o the_o offendor_n or_o offender_n herein_o shall_v be_v punish_v in_o like_a manner_n as_o be_v order_v by_o this_o estatute_n for_o punishment_n of_o such_o as_o shall_v eat_v flesh_n upon_o friday_n saturday_n or_o other_o fish_n day_n and_o because_o no_o manner_n of_o person_n shall_v misjudge_v of_o the_o intent_n of_o this_o estatute_n limittinge_n order_n to_o eat_v fish_n and_o to_o forbear_v eatinge_v of_o flesh_n but_o that_o the_o same_o be_v purposely_o intend_a and_o mean_v politic_o for_o the_o increase_n of_o fisherman_n &_o mariner_n and_o repair_v of_o port_n town_n and_o navigation_n and_o not_o for_o any_o superstition_n to_o be_v maintain_v in_o the_o choice_n of_o meat_n be_v it_o enact_v that_o who_o soever_o shall_v by_o preachinge_a teachinge_a write_n or_o open_a speech_n notify_v that_o any_o eat_n of_o fish_n or_o forbearinge_v of_o flesh_n mention_v in_o this_o statute_n be_v of_o any_o necessity_n for_o the_o savinge_v of_o the_o soul_n of_o man_n or_o that_o it_o be_v the_o service_n of_o god_n otherwise_o then_o as_o other_o politic_a law_n be_v and_o be_v that_o then_o such_o person_n shall_v be_v punish_v as_o spreader_n of_o false_a news_n be_v or_o aught_o to_o be_v be_v it_o enact_v in_o the_o favour_n of_o fysherman_n &_o mariner_n haunt_v the_o sea_n as_o fysherman_n or_o mariner_n that_o none_o of_o they_o shall_v hereafter_o at_o any_o time_n be_v compel_v against_o his_o or_o their_o will_n to_o serve_v as_o any_o soldier_n upon_o the_o land_n or_o upon_o the_o be_v it_o ordain_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parlyament_n that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o maye_n next_o come_n do_v advise_o and_o direct_o advance_v publish_v and_o set_v forth_o by_o writing_n print_v sing_v or_o any_o other_o open_a speech_n or_o deed_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n any_o fond_a fantastical_a or_o so_o appoint_v to_o enter_v into_o he_o or_o their_o house_n or_o house_n or_o other_o place_n to_o view_v and_o search_v at_o their_o will_n &_o pleasure_n all_o manner_n of_o tan_a leather_n and_o all_o manner_n of_o shoe_n boot_n male_n saddle_n and_o all_o manner_n of_o ware_n wrought_v and_o make_v or_o to_o be_v wrought_v and_o make_v of_o leather_n and_o to_o seize_v and_o carry_v away_o they_o shall_v by_o their_o oath_n think_v unmeete_a to_o make_v utter_a sole_a leather_n of_o upon_o pain_n that_o the_o shoemaker_n cordwayner_n or_o cobbler_n shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o shall_v enter_v all_o such_o bargain_n as_o shall_v be_v make_v for_o leather_n hide_n or_o skynne_n by_o any_o person_n or_o person_n during_o and_o by_o all_o the_o time_n of_o the_o fair_a or_o market_n be_v thereto_o require_v by_o the_o bier_n or_o the_o seller_n and_o also_o the_o pryce_n of_o such_o leather_n buy_v &_o sell_v with_o the_o name_n and_o dwell_v place_n of_o the_o bier_n
