wedding-garment_n as_o may_v fit_v he_o exact_o let_v self-examination_n take_v the_o measure_n a_o duty_n of_o so_o mighty_a a_o influence_n upon_o all_o that_o concern_v the_o soul_n that_o it_o be_v indeed_o the_o very_a root_n and_o groundwork_n of_o all_o true_a repentance_n and_o the_o necessary_a antecedent_n if_o not_o also_o the_o direct_a cause_n of_o a_o sinner_n return_n to_o god_n for_o as_o there_o be_v some_o sin_n which_o require_v a_o particular_a and_o distinct_a repentance_n by_o themselves_o and_o can_v be_v account_v for_o in_o the_o general_a heap_n of_o sin_n know_v and_o unknown_a so_o how_o be_v it_o possible_a for_o a_o man_n to_o repent_v right_o of_o such_o sin_n unless_o by_o a_o through_o search_n into_o the_o nature_n number_n and_o distinguish_a circumstance_n of_o they_o he_o come_v to_o see_v how_o and_o in_o what_o degree_n they_o be_v to_o be_v repent_v of_o but_o the_o sovereign_a excellency_n and_o necessity_n of_o this_o duty_n need_v no_o other_o nor_o great_a proof_n of_o it_o than_o this_o one_o consideration_n that_o nothing_o in_o nature_n can_v be_v more_o grievous_a and_o offensive_a to_o a_o sinner_n than_o to_o look_v into_o himself_o and_o general_o what_o grace_n require_v nature_n be_v most_o averse_a to_o it_o be_v indeed_o as_o offensive_a as_o to_o rake_v into_o a_o dunghill_n as_o grievous_a as_o for_o one_o reckon_n with_o he_o and_o their_o own_o heart_n for_o can_v they_o imagine_v that_o god_n have_v therefore_o forget_v their_o sin_n because_o they_o be_v not_o willing_a to_o remember_v they_o or_o will_v they_o measure_v his_o pardon_n by_o their_o own_o oblivion_n what_o pitiful_a figleaf_n what_o senseless_a and_o ridiculous_a shift_n be_v these_o not_o able_a to_o silence_n
