have_v no_o knowledge_n to_o teach_v the_o people_n the_o meaning_n of_o the_o law_n of_o god_n who_o lip_n shall_v preserve_v knowledge_n and_o at_o who_o mouth_n the_o people_n shall_v seek_v the_o law_n mal._n 2.7_o 8._o use_v 3_o to_o teach_v all_o that_o believe_v on_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n diligent_o to_o be_v conversant_a in_o the_o write_n of_o john_n and_o of_o the_o apostle_n shall_v the_o holy_a ghost_n have_v a_o pen_n to_o write_v unto_o we_o and_o shall_v not_o we_o have_v a_o hand_n to_o receive_v these_o write_n and_o by_o faith_n to_o behold_v and_o thing_n that_o they_o may_v understand_v they_o though_o that_o be_v rare_a i_o dare_v not_o reckon_v the_o eunuch_n among_o the_o ignorant_a and_o unbeliever_n act._n 8.30_o 31._o and_o that_o be_v a_o bless_a use_n if_o man_n shall_v read_v the_o scripture_n and_o complain_v for_o that_o they_o can_v understand_v they_o and_o shall_v be_v stir_v up_o to_o desire_v a_o guide_n to_o help_v they_o to_o see_v and_o understand_v what_o they_o before_o understand_v not_o and_o so_o be_v bring_v on_o to_o some_o knowledge_n it_o be_v a_o bless_a use_n of_o the_o scripture_n and_o beside_o they_o to_o they_o so_o that_o some_o profit_n there_o be_v hence_o to_o they_o that_o want_v faith_n but_o the_o principal_a thing_n the_o apostle_n aim_v at_o be_v this_o i_o write_v unto_o you_o that_o nation_n some_o or_o other_o will_v have_v write_v to_o they_o but_o from_o first_o to_o last_o look_v over_o they_o all_o and_o observe_v they_o whether_o they_o be_v write_v to_o particular_a person_n or_o to_o particular_a congregation_n or_o to_o church_n or_o nation_n they_o be_v all_o write_v to_o such_o as_o believe_v on_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n for_o it_o be_v with_o the_o apostle_n writing_n as_o the_o apostle_n sometime_o speak_v of_o pprophecy_n or_o miracle_n miracle_n be_v for_o they_o that_o believe_v not_o but_o prophesy_v for_o they_o that_o believe_v he_o do_v not_o deny_v but_o pprophecy_n be_v for_o they_o that_o believe_v not_o but_o he_o speak_v by_o way_n of_o opposition_n to_o miracle_n miracle_n be_v rather_o for_o they_o that_o believe_v not_o and_o he_o will_v have_v believer_n know_v it_o be_v rather_o for_o they_o to_o attend_v unto_o pprophecy_n then_o unto_o miracle_n so_o that_o this_o be_v the_o point_n observe_v it_o as_o a_o just_a ground_n of_o the_o apostle_n deal_v in_o these_o writing_n because_o of_o the_o little_a use_n that_o unbeliever_n will_v make_v of_o they_o take_v you_o man_n that_o believe_v not_o and_o let_v they_o read_v the_o word_n of_o god_n over_o again_o and_o again_o and_o yet_o they_o receive_v little_a instruction_n from_o what_o they_o read_v little_a admonition_n little_o stir_v up_o to_o any_o goodness_n and_o you_o shall_v not_o at_o all_o find_v any_o blessing_n no_o save_a gift_n of_o god_n can_v be_v wrought_v in_o the_o heart_n without_o faith_n and_o because_o faith_n come_v not_o do_v in_o case_n the_o send_n of_o a_o epistle_n will_v have_v serve_v the_o turn_n notable_a be_v that_o speech_n and_o famous_a in_o this_o kind_n rom._n 10.14_o to_o 17._o faith_n come_v by_o hear_v etc._n etc._n so_o that_o in_o very_a truth_n because_o the_o apostle_n do_v not_o see_v of_o what_o use_n their_o writing_n may_v be_v to_o any_o unbeliever_n because_o all_o the_o work_n that_o read_v can_v reach_v unto_o can_v not_o reach_v to_o beget_v and_o work_v save_v faith_n which_o be_v the_o principal_a scope_n of_o preach_v therefore_o they_o do_v never_o address_v themselves_o to_o write_v any_o of_o their_o epistle_n to_o any_o unbeliever_n but_o only_o to_o such_o as_o believe_v on_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n object_n you_o say_v but_o sometime_o god_n have_v be_v please_v to_o bless_v in_o old_a time_n the_o read_n of_o the_o word_n to_o the_o conversion_n of_o soul_n and_o therefore_o why_o may_v we_o not_o expect_v the_o like_a blessing_n
