any_o of_o they_o perish_v in_o a_o evil_a way_n through_o your_o neglect_n of_o duty_n towards_o they_o they_o die_v in_o their_o sin_n but_o god_n will_v require_v their_o blood_n at_o your_o hand_n it_o do_v not_o appear_v that_o he_o rule_v his_o own_o house_n well_o how_o shall_v he_o be_v esteem_v fit_a to_o take_v care_n of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n he_o must_v also_o be_v vigilant_a careful_a and_o diligent_a in_o his_o work_n and_o duty_n in_o the_o station_n wherein_o he_o have_v be_v otherwise_o he_o will_v be_v very_o unmeet_a for_o a_o pastoral_n charge_n which_o require_v perpetual_a watch_n sober_a and_o of_o a_o temperate_a life_n adorn_v with_o modesty_n and_o moderation_n and_o of_o a_o good_a behaviour_n full_a of_o gravity_n and_o humanity_n in_o all_o his_o deportment_n not_o self-willed_a proud_a and_o heady_a no_o striker_n nor_o soon_o angry_a but_o a_o man_n that_o have_v good_a government_n of_o his_o passion_n and_o who_o meekness_n dispose_v he_o more_o abundant_a proof_n of_o they_o in_o himself_o by_o a_o daily_a increase_n in_o their_o exercise_n but_o to_o proceed_v second_o the_o relative_n duty_n of_o a_o elder_a and_o the_o people_n be_v to_o be_v consider_v the_o due_a handle_n of_o this_o will_v require_v a_o just_a treatise_n but_o it_o can_v be_v expect_v that_o i_o shall_v enlarge_v upon_o particular_n nor_o indeed_o so_o place_n which_o be_v either_o more_o public_a or_o more_o private_a for_o in_o both_o these_o respect_n he_o be_v under_o a_o bond_n of_o duty_n to_o christ_n and_o the_o soul_n of_o the_o member_n doubt_n but_o what_o be_v here_o mention_v continue_v to_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o ordinary_a minister_n in_o their_o station_n as_o much_o as_o it_o be_v they_o and_o the_o scripture_n know_v no_o other_o provision_n for_o the_o orderly_a and_o profitable_a performance_n of_o this_o service_n in_o the_o church_n than_o what_o christ_n have_v make_v by_o indue_a person_n with_o those_o gift_n and_o such_o a_o anoint_v of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n as_o may_v enable_v they_o to_o go_v before_o their_o brethren_n therein_o it_o will_v be_v very_o sad_a to_o have_v the_o soul_n of_o man_n
