and_o live_a law_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o life_n in_o christ._n here_o be_v your_o misery_n you_o can_v neither_o be_v subject_a to_o the_o law_n as_o command_v to_o obey_v it_o or_o threaten_v for_o disobedience_n to_o it_o nor_o to_o the_o gospel_n as_o promise_v to_o believe_v and_o receive_v it_o the_o law_n command_v but_o your_o law_n countermand_v within_o the_o law_n threaten_v and_o sentence_n you_o with_o condemnation_n but_o you_o have_v some_o self-pleasing_a delusion_n and_o dream_n in_o your_o head_n and_o bless_v yourselves_o in_o your_o own_o heart_n even_o though_o you_o walk_v in_o the_o imagination_n of_o your_o heart_n contrary_a to_o the_o law_n deut._n 29._o it_o be_v strange_a that_o you_o do_v not_o sore-apprehend_a and_o fear_v hell_n but_o it_o be_v this_o righteousness_n of_o god_n they_o go_v about_o to_o establish_v their_o own_o and_o can_v not_o submit_v to_o the_o righteousness_n of_o god_n there_o be_v a_o natural_a pride_n and_o stiffness_n of_o heart_n that_o we_o can_v endure_v but_o to_o have_v something_o in_o ourselves_o to_o rest_v on_o and_o take_v pleasure_n into_o and_o when_o a_o soul_n see_v nothing_o it_o rather_o vex_v and_o torment_v itself_o as_o grieve_v because_o it_o have_v no_o ornament_n or_o cover_v of_o its_o own_o nor_o rejoice_v and_o delight_v in_o that_o righteousness_n of_o god_n reveal_v in_o christ._n o_o
