inward_a action_n of_o the_o heart_n the_o second_o be_v the_o outward_a action_n of_o the_o mouth_n 10._o with_o the_o heart_n man_n believe_v to_o righteousness_n &_o with_o the_o mouth_n he_o confess_v to_o salvation_n now_o the_o apostle_n have_v to_o do_v with_o pastor_n not_o so_o much_o in_o regard_n of_o the_o inward_a disposition_n of_o their_o heart_n as_o of_o their_o outward_a
