but_o what_o be_v necessary_o antecedent_n to_o the_o external_a sacrament_n and_o between_o these_o two_o a_o covenant_n relation_n visible_a and_o truth_n of_o grace_n which_o be_v invisible_a there_o be_v no_o middle_a thing_n in_o the_o scripture_n enjoin_v for_o the_o rule_n of_o our_o admission_n a_o visible_a member_n of_o the_o church_n and_o a_o member_n of_o the_o visible_a church_n be_v but_o the_o same_o 2._o i_o explain_v those_o that_o be_v uncapable_a in_o the_o first_o sense_n in_o say_v by_o nature_n and_o that_o can_v discern_v no_o meaning_n hereof_o as_o i_o have_v present_a mean_n of_o knowledge_n if_o it_o be_v not_o sufficient_a herein_o for_o their_o edify_n it_o be_v mere_o their_o own_o fault_n and_o upon_o their_o own_o account_n and_o there_o be_v two_o plain_a reason_n for_o the_o distinguish_n of_o these_o as_o to_o this_o ordinance_n wherein_o the_o body_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v to_o be_v discern_v first_o because_o this_o very_a discern_v can_v be_v the_o duty_n of_o the_o former_a who_o be_v natural_o uncapable_a it_o be_v a_o undeniable_a rule_n thus_o far_o nemo_fw-la tenetur_fw-la ad_fw-la impossibile_fw-it and_o second_o because_o sign_n can_v work_v upon_o the_o un-intelligent_a which_o they_o whole_o be_v to_o receive_v any_o real_a effect_n by_o they_o it_o be_v otherwise_o with_o the_o latter_a for_o 1._o it_o be_v their_o
