first_o for_o that_o the_o lord_n have_v promise_v to_o forgive_v our_o sin_n as_o before_o have_v be_v sufficient_o prove_v in_o regard_n whereof_o it_o stand_v with_o his_o justice_n to_o perform_v the_o same_o and_o that_o also_o in_o such_o a_o necessity_n as_o that_o either_o he_o must_v forgive_v we_o our_o offence_n according_a to_o his_o word_n or_o else_o we_o must_v account_v he_o unfaithful_a in_o the_o breach_n of_o his_o promise_n or_o else_o which_o be_v horrible_a to_o think_v or_o judge_v he_o to_o be_v a_o hypocrite_n or_o a_o dissembler_n in_o pretend_v one_o thing_n and_o intend_v another_o or_o else_o inconstant_a in_o alter_v that_o which_o he_o have_v speak_v with_o his_o lip_n he_o must_v be_v think_v which_o be_v monstrous_a to_o be_v unjust_a in_o lie_v against_o his_o truth_n for_o injustice_n do_v not_o consist_v only_o in_o work_n but_o in_o word_n also_o and_o it_o appertain_v unto_o a_o just_a man_n to_o deal_v not_o only_o upright_o but_o true_o also_o this_o justice_n therefore_o of_o the_o lord_n either_o must_v flat_o be_v deny_v which_o be_v to_o deny_v god_n to_o be_v god_n or_o else_o the_o remission_n of_o our_o sin_n must_v of_o necessity_n be_v both_o enforce_v and_o infer_v and_o therefore_o john_n in_o his_o first_o epistle_n and_o first_o chapter_n urge_v this_o especial_a reason_n say_v if_o we_o confess_v out_o sin_n god_n be_v faithful_a and_o just_a to_o forgive_v our_o sin_n and_o to_o purge_v we_o from_o all_o iniquity_n and_o david_n in_o his_o 103_o psalm_n in_o effect_n use_v the_o same_o reason_n
our_o sin_n natural_o and_o as_o there_o be_v in_o the_o seed_n of_o our_o parent_n whereof_o we_o be_v bear_v a_o natural_a inclination_n by_o the_o blessing_n of_o god_n to_o grow_v so_o there_o correct_v but_o never_o by_o any_o labour_n clean_o root_v out_o and_o therefore_o as_o the_o cat_n of_o the_o mountain_n can_v change_v her_o spot_n nor_o the_o ethyopian_a his_o skin_n since_o nature_n have_v make_v they_o such_o so_o neither_o can_v man_n clean_o put_v away_o his_o sin_n since_o nature_n have_v make_v he_o a_o sinner_n which_o thing_n howsoever_o it_o can_v excuse_v the_o he_o have_v he_o such_o need_n of_o sin_n that_o he_o know_v not_o what_o shift_n to_o make_v if_o he_o have_v not_o this_o debt_n of_o our_o sin_n out_o of_o our_o hand_n why_o will_v it_o so_o great_o hinder_v the_o lord_n to_o forbear_v it_o or_o to_o forgive_v it_o no_o no_o it_o will_v turn_v exceed_o to_o the_o advance_v of_o the_o riches_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o grace_n to_o forgive_v the_o same_o unto_o we_o as_o before_o we_o prove_v and_o therefore_o since_o to_o forgive_v we_o our_o debt_n as_o our_o saviour_n christ_n call_v our_o sin_n be_v no_o mean_n to_o diminish_v but_o rather_o to_o increase_v the_o riches_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n since_o the_o treasury_n of_o his_o mercy_n be_v thereby_o more_o &_o more_o amplify_v and_o enlarge_v since_o it_o turn_v to_o the_o lord_n advantage_n since_o he_o get_v while_o he_o give_v and_o forgive_v we_o may_v be_v full_o assure_v that_o the_o lord_n who_o be_v if_o i_o may_v so_o speak_v covetous_a of_o his_o own_o glory_n will_v easy_o and_o ready_o forgive_v we_o our_o offence_n and_o this_o be_v the_o first_o reason_n take_v from_o the_o name_n of_o sin_n the_o 14_o by_o thy_o power_n which_o be_v so_o much_o the_o great_a by_o how_o much_o i_o be_o the_o weak_a for_o satan_n be_v wonderful_a strong_a and_o i_o wonderful_a weak_a how_o then_o can_v i_o overcome_v
