honourable_a justice_n of_o peace_n that_o the_o appeal_n shall_v be_v try_v for_o if_o they_o be_v it_o be_v as_o much_o as_o if_o the_o justice_n have_v not_o do_v according_a to_o law_n and_o if_o it_o shall_v be_v bring_v in_o for_o the_o appellant_n it_o will_v be_v a_o dishonour_n to_o they_o or_o word_n to_o that_o effect_n the_o council_n for_o the_o appellant_n it_o be_v not_o any_o dishonour_n to_o the_o king_n or_o his_o justice_n but_o whether_o the_o informer_n act_v according_a to_o law_n or_o no_o that_o be_v the_o question_n and_o if_o any_o look_n upon_o themselves_o to_o be_v grieve_v contrary_a to_o law_n they_o may_v be_v try_v by_o a_o jury_n of_o twelve_o man_n which_o the_o law_n do_v allow_v and_o further_o he_o desire_v the_o trial_n may_v be_v in_o the_o informer_n name_v and_o not_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o king_n but_o it_o will_v not_o be_v grant_v so_o when_o the_o justice_n have_v order_v the_o appeal_n shall_v go_v on_o to_o trial_n a_o
