practical_a knowledge_n produce_v love_n and_o obedience_n unless_o he_o be_v first_o teach_v of_o god_n so_o neither_o can_v he_o so_o know_v christ_n nor_o believ_n in_o he_o unless_o it_o be_v give_v to_o he_o to_o believ_n this_o be_v life_n eternal_a that_o they_o may_v know_v thou_o the_o only_a true_a god_n and_o jesus_n christ_n he_o who_o thou_o have_v send_v god_n be_v say_v to_o that_o the_o moral_a law_n and_o the_o sum_n of_o all_o duty_n towards_o god_n and_o man_n be_v in_o it_o most_o perfect_o declare_v though_o since_o the_o fall_n there_o may_v still_o remain_v in_o like_a another_o time_n for_o the_o maintain_n of_o such_o opinion_n as_o be_v neither_o true_a in_o this_o text_n nor_o in_o the_o thing_n this_o be_v the_o dangerous_a humour_n of_o our_o age_n wherein_o man_n hunt_v after_o new_a notion_n and_o sublime_a mystery_n gather_v up_o all_o these_o allegorical_a and_o sophistical_a exposition_n which_o calvin_n and_o other_o sound_a textuary_n have_v with_o great_a judgement_n reject_v and_o so_o patch_v up_o a_o new_a kind_n of_o divinity_n with_o these_o cento_n of_o scripture_n and_o their_o own_o specious_a conception_n and_o strange_a seem_v to_o we_o uncouth_a and_o strange_a yet_o if_o we_o right_o attend_v it_o we_o shall_v find_v in_o it_o a_o wonderful_a mixture_n of_o simplicity_n and_o majesty_n perspicuity_n
