will_n be_v in_o god_n will_n therefore_o when_o god_n declare_v his_o will_n under_o any_o dispensation_n in_o the_o world_n they_o be_v at_o rest_n for_o the_o appearance_n of_o his_o will_n make_v their_o rest_n all_o thing_n beside_o this_o bring_v disquietment_n upon_o the_o spirit_n but_o when_o the_o will_n of_o god_n appear_v it_o silence_n all_o dispute_n and_o quiet_v all_o thought_n in_o the_o heart_n of_o he_o that_o have_v give_v up_o his_o will_n to_o god_n will_n this_o soul_n do_v not_o quarrel_n with_o but_o kiss_v the_o foot_n of_o god_n when_o the_o will_n of_o god_n lay_v it_o there_o it_o be_v in_o spirit_n at_o rest_n upon_o a_o sick_a bed_n because_o of_o the_o will_n of_o god_n there_o disappointment_n in_o the_o outward_a man_n do_v not_o cease_v upon_o afflict_v and_o make_v this_o the_o discovery_n of_o the_o good_a and_o evil_n of_o all_o he_o meddle_v with_o namely_o the_o will_n of_o god_n if_o god_n will_v appear_v in_o it_o he_o acknowledge_v it_o to_o be_v good_a but_o if_o he_o see_v not_o that_o he_o can_v own_v it_o as_o his_o good_a or_o any_o thing_n for_o he_o to_o rest_v in_o for_o he_o rest_v only_o in_o god_n and_o it_o be_v nothing_o but_o the_o appearance_n of_o god_n will_n that_o make_v his_o spirit_n at_o rest_n under_o every_o dispensation_n of_o god_n and_o from_o thence_o this_o soul_n have_v a_o quiet_a be_v but_o again_o this_o truth_n do_v inform_v we_o as_o saint_n of_o our_o duty_n to_o inquire_v after_o god_n will_v in_o all_o we_o do_v or_o require_v other_o to_o do_v the_o will_n of_o christ_n be_v that_o the_o will_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v do_v so_o be_v the_o will_n of_o saint_n in_o conformity_n to_o the_o will_n of_o christ_n their_o head_n and_o if_o to_o be_v do_v then_o sure_o to_o be_v know_v nay_o saint_n ought_v to_o do_v nothing_o before_o they_o know_v the_o will_n of_o god_n in_o it_o if_o this_o rule_n be_v observe_v there_o will_v not_o be_v so_o much_o do_v and_o undo_n as_o this_o uncertain_a age_n afford_v if_o god_n lead_v man_n into_o what_o they_o do_v he_o will_v so_o own_v they_o that_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v ashamed_a of_o it_o this_o be_v the_o true_a reason_n why_o man_n do_v and_o ondoe_v because_o in_o what_o they_o do_v they_o seek_v their_o own_o will_n not_o god_n will_v but_o he_o that_o have_v give_v up_o his_o will_n to_o god_n will_n before_o he_o work_v he_o will_v see_v god_n will_n this_o be_v the_o true_a reason_n why_o the_o man_n of_o this_o world_n with_o all_o their_o power_n and_o policy_n can_v make_v saint_n worship_v as_o they_o do_v the_o unknown_a god_n or_o at_o least_o wise_a in_o such_o a_o manner_n as_o they_o know_v not_o whether_o it_o be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n or_o no._n i_o say_v this_o be_v the_o reason_n because_o they_o be_v bind_v up_o in_o the_o will_n of_o god_n so_o that_o they_o can_v worship_v any_o unknown_a god_n nor_o the_o god_n they_o know_v in_o any_o manner_n but_o what_o he_o make_v know_v to_o they_o to_o be_v his_o will_n that_o they_o shall_v worship_v he_o in_o if_o man_n be_v true_o zealous_a for_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n it_o can_v go_v no_o far_o than_o this_o that_o such_o as_o know_v he_o and_o his_o will_n shall_v worship_v he_o according_a to_o his_o will_n make_v know_v to_o they_o for_o any_o thing_n else_o can_v be_v the_o true_a worship_n of_o the_o true_a god_n now_o such_o as_o know_v god_n and_o his_o will_n in_o truth_n the_o spirit_n of_o truth_n they_o be_v a_o willing_a people_n to_o worship_n god_n according_a to_o his_o will_n make_v know_v to_o they_o by_o his_o spirit_n in_o which_o they_o worship_v he_o if_o this_o be_v serious_o consider_v in_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n it_o will_v appear_v to_o be_v the_o beauty_n of_o saint_n not_o to_o act_v before_o light_n to_o know_v god_n will_n and_o so_o to_o do_v it_o therefore_o saint_n shall_v be_v teach_v one_o another_o in_o the_o spirit_n but_o not_o to_o force_v any_o where_o the_o spirit_n have_v not_o teach_v then_o there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o force_v for_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n that_o teach_v do_v also_o lead_v his_o people_n into_o obey_v of_o his_o truth_n and_o wil._n the_o saint_n in_o truth_n speak_v thus_o in_o the_o spirit_n of_o truth_n to_o god_n not_o my_o will_n nor_o the_o will_n of_o any_o man_n or_o man_n but_o thy_o will_n be_v do_v therefore_o lord_n show_v i_o thy_o will_n and_o it_o suffice_v he_o that_o rule_n shall_v inquire_v after_o the_o will_n of_o god_n to_o rule_v by_o and_o he_o that_o be_v rule_v for_o the_o will_n of_o god_n to_o be_v the_o rule_n of_o his_o obedience_n oh_o that_o our_o ruler_n do_v inquire_v after_o and_o find_v out_o this_o rule_n to_o rule_v by_o then_o will_v righteousness_n flourish_v in_o the_o promise_n in_o a_o case_n more_o particular_a take_v god_n promise_n to_o abraham_n concern_v isaac_n how_o full_o do_v god_n make_v that_o promise_n good_a though_o from_o dead_a loin_n and_o a_o dead_a womb_n yet_o nothing_o can_v hinder_v the_o live_a god_n from_o be_v faithful_a to_o his_o promise_n nay_o though_o god_n command_v abraham_n to_o sacrifice_v this_o son_n of_o promise_n and_o righteousness_n of_o the_o scribe_n and_o pharisees_n be_v no_o better_a than_o dross_n and_o dung_n when_o christ_n the_o righteousness_n of_o god_n appear_v god_n be_v so_o full_a of_o purity_n that_o he_o be_v nothing_o else_o and_o yet_o he_o be_v all_o but_o he_o be_v all_o pure_a in_o all_o he_o be_v so_o that_o in_o this_o consideration_n also_o such_o as_o will_v glory_n let_v they_o glory_n in_o the_o lord_n again_o consider_v the_o infiniteness_n of_o the_o power_n of_o god_n wisdom_n heaven_n and_o earth_n be_v full_a of_o this_o glory_n by_o his_o power_n he_o make_v and_o preserve_v give_v be_v and_o maintain_v be_v to_o all_o thing_n heaven_n be_v his_o throne_n and_o earth_n be_v his_o footstool_n monarch_n be_v but_o worm_n under_o his_o foot_n isaiah_n 40.15_o so_o be_v the_o nation_n of_o the_o earth_n as_o the_o drop_n of_o a_o bucket_n and_o count_v but_o as_o the_o small_a dust_n of_o the_o balance_n when_o they_o be_v count_v to_o god_n they_o be_v less_o than_o nothing_o but_o vanity_n if_o all_o create_a being_n be_v sum_v up_o in_o one_o they_o be_v all_o but_o vanity_n and_o make_v nothing_o to_o be_v compare_v with_o the_o infinite_a power_n of_o god_n which_o create_v they_o god_n be_v not_o only_o infinite_o full_a of_o power_n to_o do_v what_o he_o will_v but_o he_o be_v infinite_o wise_a to_o know_v what_o to_o do_v how_o to_o do_v and_o when_o to_o do_v for_o his_o own_o glory_n to_o this_o of_o the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n i_o think_v i_o shall_v offer_v one_o proof_n will_v be_v either_o convince_a or_o silence_v all_o that_o do_v acknowledge_v god_n and_o that_o be_v namely_o this_o the_o mystery_n of_o godliness_n christ_n in_o the_o flesh_n it_o be_v a_o mystery_n above_o any_o wisdom_n but_o god_n to_o reveal_v oh_o then_o how_o great_a be_v that_o wisdom_n which_o can_v make_v such_o a_o mystery_n this_o mystery_n may_v be_v admire_v by_o saint_n on_o earth_n but_o it_o will_v never_o be_v full_o understand_v till_o the_o proper_a subject_n of_o his_o people_n glory_n so_o that_o such_o as_o glory_n may_v glory_v in_o the_o lord_n the_o last_o particular_a i_o shall_v mention_v be_v this_o the_o eternity_n of_o god_n that_o god_n be_v eternal_a in_o all_o he_o be_v the_o lord_n tell_v we_o in_o one_o scripture_n i_o be_o god_n that_o change_v not_o he_o wax_v not_o old_a as_o do_v a_o garment_n he_o dwell_v in_o eternity_n god_n be_v the_o same_o yesterday_o to_o day_n &_o for_o ever_o now_o this_o be_v a_o fit_a subject_n for_o saint_n to_o glory_n in_o not_o only_o a_o glorious_a god_n but_o the_o god_n of_o eternal_a glory_n and_o a_o god_n that_o be_v eternal_o glorious_a now_o give_v i_o leave_v to_o sum_n up_o all_o the_o former_a and_o to_o add_v this_o to_o they_o and_o then_o see_v what_o we_o can_v say_v for_o this_o glory_n and_o for_o this_o god_n the_o subject_n of_o our_o glory_n who_o be_v first_o the_o god_n of_o original_n and_o eternal_a love_n second_o the_o god_n of_o free_a grace_n and_o eternal_o so_o three_o a_o god_n rich_a in_o mercy_n and_o that_o to_o all_o eternity_n four_o a_o god_n faithful_a in_o make_v good_a all_o his_o promise_n and_o in_o this_o also_o he_o be_v a_o eternal_a god_n five_o god_n be_v exact_a in_o his_o justice_n and_o this_o to_o all_o eternity_n six_o god_n be_v a_o god_n perfect_a in_o holiness_n righteousness_n and_o purity_n and_o in_o all_o these_o god_n be_v eternal_a last_o a_o god_n infinite_a in_o power_n and_o wisdom_n and_o in_o these_o eeternall_a his_o power_n

to_o know_v that_o we_o be_v under_o the_o chain_n and_o the_o power_n of_o darkness_n our_o life_n consist_v neither_o in_o circumcision_n or_o uncircumcision_n but_o in_o the_o new_a creature_n christ_n live_v in_o we_o and_o we_o in_o christ_n the_o life_n that_o we_o now_o live_v it_o be_v by_o the_o faith_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n by_o faith_n feast_v and_o satisfy_v our_o soul_n upon_o the_o love_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n the_o spirit_n that_o teach_v and_o lead_v the_o soul_n into_o all_o truth_n even_o the_o god_n of_o truth_n and_o there_o the_o spirit_n teach_v the_o nothing_o but_o god_n and_o all_o of_o god_n in_o heaven_n this_o be_v true_o our_o life_n now_o as_o we_o be_v one_o with_o christ_n only_o the_o cloud_n of_o mortality_n darken_v it_o and_o so_o far_o as_o we_o live_v upon_o god_n through_o christ_n in_o the_o spirit_n so_o far_o and_o no_o far_o do_v we_o true_o enjoy_v life_n in_o any_o condition_n and_o what_o we_o strive_v for_o here_o below_o be_v not_o our_o life_n nor_o true_o worth_a our_o contend_v for_o all_o the_o weary_a pursuit_n of_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n which_o centre_n not_o in_o christ_n must_v wither_v before_o they_o come_v to_o their_o journey_n end_v for_o they_o have_v no_o life_n to_o carry_v they_o through_o a_o child_n of_o god_n can_v find_v no_o rest_n but_o the_o bosom_n of_o his_o father_n and_o christ_n which_o be_v the_o light_n of_o life_n be_v not_o in_o it_o it_o be_v god_n in_o christ_n that_o be_v our_o life_n let_v we_o not_o turn_v again_o to_o the_o beggarly_a rudiment_n under_o which_o we_o shall_v be_v in_o bondage_n but_o in_o the_o lord_n of_o glory_n to_o live_v only_o upon_o god_n in_o christ_n who_o be_v the_o true_a light_n and_o life_n of_o saint_n to_o seek_v life_n in_o any_o thing_n else_o be_v to_o seek_v the_o live_n among_o the_o dead_a again_o these_o gospel-truth_n shall_v teach_v and_o exhort_v gospel-saint_n to_o believe_v in_o god_n he_o be_v a_o god_n of_o grace_n and_o he_o be_v a_o faithful_a god_n he_o make_v good_a his_o covenant_n of_o grace_n that_o our_o sin_n and_o iniquity_n he_o will_v remember_v no_o more_o to_o charge_v they_o upon_o the_o believer_n for_o he_o have_v full_o charge_v they_o upon_o christ_n and_o have_v satisfy_v his_o justice_n to_o the_o full_a in_o christ_n and_o hence_o it_o be_v that_o by_o way_n of_o
