shoot_v their_o arrow_n even_o bitter_a word_n as_o david_n say_v his_o enemy_n do_v against_o he_o psal._n 64._o 3._o upon_o all_o occasion_n let_v fly_v bitter_a invective_n against_o they_o and_o not_o the_o knowledge_n of_o thy_o law_n this_o do_v too_o many_o even_a among_o ourselves_o though_o with_o their_o tongue_n they_o dare_v not_o yet_o with_o their_o heart_n and_o in_o their_o life_n they_o speak_v as_o much_o plain_o manifest_v to_o the_o world_n by_o their_o word_n and_o action_n what_o the_o thought_n of_o their_o heart_n be_v viz._n that_o they_o do_v not_o desire_v to_o have_v any_o acquaintance_n with_o god_n or_o his_o word_n to_o know_v his_o mind_n and_o will_n that_o they_o may_v do_v it_o and_o thus_o be_v the_o thing_n which_o belong_v unto_o their_o everlasting_a peace_n hide_v from_o their_o eye_n o_o most_o sad_a and_o deplorable_a condition_n what_o hope_n can_v there_o be_v of_o such_o a_o one_o sinner_n upon_o this_o account_n our_o saviour_n here_o look_v upon_o jerusalem_n estate_n as_o most_o forlorn_a and_o desperate_a she_o neither_o have_v nor_o will_v see_v what_o belong_v to_o her_o peace_n so_o as_o through_o her_o wilful_a ignorance_n this_o be_v hide_v from_o her_o eye_n and_o therefore_o let_v she_o now_o make_v account_n of_o what_o follow_v the_o day_n shall_v come_v upon_o thou_o when_o thy_o enemy_n shall_v cast_v a_o trench_n about_o thou_o etc._n etc._n and_o even_o such_o be_v the_o condition_n of_o all_o wilful_a and_o obstinate_a sinner_n who_o shut_v out_o the_o light_n of_o god_n truth_n
