archbysh_n and_o his_o successor_n by_o their_o discretion_n to_o grant_v unto_o the_o k._n majesty_n and_o to_o his_o heir_n and_o successor_n king_n of_o this_o realm_n all_o manner_n such_o licenses_fw-la etc._n etc._n as_o heretofore_o have_v be_v accustom_v to_o be_v have_v and_o obtain_v by_o his_o highness_n or_o any_o his_o noble_a progenitor_n or_o any_o his_o subject_n at_o the_o
