apply_v the_o grace_n of_o the_o gospel_n ontward_o hold_v forth_o to_o this_o i_o answer_v how_o shall_v they_o in_o what_o manner_n can_v they_o be_v assure_v of_o the_o efficacy_n of_o their_o call_n and_o that_o their_o belief_n of_o it_o be_v not_o a_o mere_a presumption_n and_o groundless_a imagination_n for_o this_o again_o must_v either_o be_v know_v by_o its_o have_v a_o objective_a evidence_n of_o its_o own_o or_o from_o the_o evidence_n of_o the_o scripture_n if_o the_o first_o that_o i_o affirm_v to_o be_v as_o it_o indeed_o be_v immediate_a revelation_n exparte_v object_n which_o thing_n these_o man_n utter_o deny_v in_o this_o age_n for_o that_o secret_a operation_n influence_n or_o impression_n of_o god_n spirit_n they_o will_v allow_v to_o be_v only_a subjective_n and_o not_o objective_n which_o therefore_o i_o may_v just_o call_v as_o they_o understand_v it_o a_o blind_a impulse_n or_o impression_n from_o whence_o consequent_o they_o can_v infer_v the_o certainty_n of_o the_o gospel_n belong_v to_o they_o if_o they_o say_v the_o evidence_n be_v from_o the_o scripture_n then_o certain_o it_o must_v be_v from_o the_o scripture_n hold_v forth_o the_o gospel_n universal_o to_o all_o as_o glad_a tiding_n and_o so_o by_o consequence_n to_o they_o because_o there_o be_v no_o scripture_n that_o hold_v any_o such_o thing_n forth_o particular_o as_o to_o they_o more_o than_o to_o other_o for_o as_o be_v already_o show_v that_o it_o be_v hold_v forth_o as_o glad_a tiding_n to_o some_o give_v no_o man_n firm_a ground_n to_o conclude_v it_o so_o to_o he_o as_o one_o of_o those_o some_o but_o wave_v now_o this_o principle_n of_o they_o that_o immediate_a revelation_n be_v cease_v through_o most_o true_a it_o be_v that_o there_o be_v at_o this_o day_n immediate_a revelation_n and_o that_o no_o man_n can_v true_o apply_v the_o gospel_n to_o himself_o but_o by_o immediate_a revelation_n yet_o this_o argument_n be_v of_o great_a weight_n and_o force_n as_o for_o example_n first_o it_o can_v be_v deny_v that_o the_o truth_n of_o the_o universal_a be_v know_v and_o believe_v be_v a_o great_a and_o comfortable_a confirmation_n to_o the_o strengthen_n of_o man_n faith_n in_o the_o particular_a application_n for_o if_o the_o gospel_n hold_v forth_o good_a will_n unto_o all_o then_o certain_o unto_o i_o so_o second_o as_o i_o can_v save_o believe_v the_o gospel_n no_o other_o way_n but_o as_o hold_v forth_o unto_o i_o by_o immediate_a revelation_n so_o by_o this_o immediate_a revelation_n it_o be_v not_o any_o singular_a or_o particular_a principle_n that_o be_v thus_o hold_v forth_o unto_o i_o but_o that_o which_o be_v the_o universal_a the_o common_a salvation_n viz_o the_o light_n the_o word_n the_o seed_n which_o i_o sin_v reveal_v and_o make_v manifest_a in_o i_o reprove_v sin_n in_o heart_n word_n and_o deed_n and_o secret_o draw_v i_o from_o it_o unto_o righteousness_n which_o principle_n be_v reveal_v in_o i_o to_o be_v the_o grace_n of_o the_o gospel_n not_o i_o say_v as_o any_o particular_a principle_n give_v unto_o i_o and_o not_o unto_o other_o but_z as_o that_o which_o be_v universal_o give_v and_o work_n so_o to_o speak_v universal_o answer_v every_o where_o to_o i_o in_o other_o and_o to_o other_o in_o i_o and_o so_o it_o be_v both_o outward_o preach_v and_o inward_o manifest_v to_o be_v that_o universal_a principle_n which_o be_v the_o grace_n of_o the_o gospel_n through_o close_v with_o which_o peace_n with_o the_o lord_n be_v obtain_v and_o because_o it_o be_v a_o universal_a principle_n and_o be_v so_o inward_o reveal_v therefore_o be_v my_o heart_n the_o more_o persuade_v to_o close_v with_o it_o especial_o at_o first_o or_o in_o my_o first_o entrance_n for_o come_v to_o hear_v that_o that_o which_o secret_o reprous_a for_o sin_n and_o appear_v against_o it_o in_o every_o conscience_n be_v the_o very_a grace_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o find_v the_o same_o thing_n reveal_v in_o my_o particular_a this_o be_v a_o occasion_n or_o ground_n for_o i_o to_o believe_v it_o whereas_o if_o the_o principle_n be_v not_o universal_a and_o that_o there_o be_v two_o principle_n reprove_v and_o convince_a of_o sin_n the_o one_o universal_n not_o save_v the_o other_o particular_a and_o save_a i_o may_v have_v much_o reason_n to_o question_n whether_o what_o i_o have_v be_v the_o save_n and_o special_a principle_n or_o no._n thus_o i_o say_v the_o principle_n be_v in_o the_o first_o place_n declare_v so_o to_o speak_v as_o a_o universal_a thing_n it_o be_v a_o great_a help_n unto_o the_o poor_a soul_n at_o its_o entrance_n to_o facilitate_v its_o belief_n of_o which_o thing_n i_o have_v have_v experience_n in_o my_o own_o particular_a who_o witness_v manifestation_n of_o the_o divine_a power_n and_o virtue_n of_o god_n spirit_n in_o that_o little_a seed_n which_o the_o heart_n be_v make_v to_o feel_v secret_o work_v in_o it_o as_o sire_n soap_n and_o water_n as_o a_o hammer_n and_o two_o edge_a sword_n as_o a_o magnet_n or_o load_v stone_n draw_v the_o heart_n to_o itself_o and_o thus_o be_v faith_n at_o first_o wrought_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n speak_v forth_o
so_o weak_a and_o small_a be_v only_o a_o very_a small_a remnant_n or_o relict_n of_o what_o man_n have_v before_o the_o fall_n to_o this_o i_o reply_v and_o say_v answ._n that_o this_o very_a answer_n then_o grant_v it_o to_o be_v still_o of_o a_o save_a nature_n in_o so_o much_o that_o if_o it_o save_v not_o this_o or_o that_o man_n in_o who_o it_o be_v it_o be_v not_o any_o defect_n in_o the_o nature_n but_o only_o in_o the_o degree_n or_o quantity_n of_o it_o but_o other_o that_o foresee_v the_o consequence_n of_o this_o concession_n will_v not_o allow_v it_o for_o if_o it_o be_v save_v in_o the_o nature_n of_o it_o though_o it_o be_v the_o least_o of_o all_o seed_n yet_o it_o may_v save_v as_o christ_n compare_v the_o true_a seed_n of_o regeneration_n unto_o a_o very_o or_o spread_v of_o true_a piety_n and_o knowledge_n abroad_o among_o people_n in_o the_o world_n the_o ignorance_n of_o the_o one_o i_o say_v have_v hinder_v the_o intention_n of_o it_o and_o the_o ignorance_n of_o the_o other_o its_o extension_n as_o may_v be_v manifest_a to_o any_o who_o will_v consider_v these_o thing_n be_v it_o but_o with_o half_a a_o eye_n for_o what_o can_v tend_v so_o much_o to_o the_o universal_a gather_n of_o all_o the_o nation_n kingdom_n language_n and_o kindred_n of_o the_o earth_n as_o to_o hold_v forth_o this_o universal_a principle_n unto_o they_o all_o the_o light_n which_o light_v all_o and_o every_o one_o of_o they_o and_o to_o inform_v they_o that_o thereby_o and_o therethrough_a salvation_n be_v attainable_a by_o every_o one_o and_o peace_n &_o reconciliation_n with_o god_n in_o their_o belief_n of_o the_o light_n and_o obedience_n thereunto_o and_o what_o can_v more_o hinder_v this_o universal_a gather_n than_o that_o particular_a narrow_a straighten_n limit_v principle_n of_o man_n of_o a_o pettish_a narrow_a heart_n and_o spirit_n who_o say_v that_o salvation_n never_o be_v be_v nor_o shall_v be_v possible_a unto_o the_o most_o part_n john_n the_o evangelist_n say_v concern_v he_o that_o he_o be_v the_o word_n which_o be_v in_o the_o beginning_n and_o be_v with_o god_n and_o be_v god_n that_o all_o thing_n be_v make_v by_o he_o and_o without_o he_o be_v not_o any_o thing_n make_v that_o be_v make_v and_o that_o in_o he_o be_v life_n and_o the_o life_n be_v the_o light_n of_o men._n in_o which_o word_n he_o declare_v two_o thing_n 1._o that_o general_a relation_n he_o have_v towards_o all_o the_o creature_n that_o he_o be_v their_o maker_n all_o thing_n be_v make_v by_o he_o second_o that_o special_a relation_n he_o have_v towards_o man_n in_o asmuch_o as_o he_o be_v not_o only_o their_o maker_n as_o of_o other_o thing_n but_o he_o be_v their_o light_n in_o he_o be_v life_n and_o the_o life_n be_v the_o light_n of_o man_n which_o word_n do_v import_v very_o plain_o that_o he_o be_v the_o saviour_n of_o man_n and_o give_v unto_o they_o for_o the_o light_n of_o salvation_n to_o renew_v and_o restore_v they_o out_o of_o their_o fall_a condition_n which_o be_v a_o state_n of_o death_n and_o of_o darkness_n and_o so_o john_n here_o do_v the_o work_n of_o a_o true_a evangelist_n in_o preach_v glad_a tiding_n to_o lose_a man_n they_o be_v dead_a but_o in_o he_o be_v life_n they_o be_v darken_v through_o the_o fall_n yea_o and_o darkness_n as_o it_o be_v eph._n 5._o 8._o but_o the_o life_n be_v the_o light_n of_o man_n and_o the_o light_n shine_v in_o darkness_n now_o christ_n be_v the_o life_n and_o light_n of_o man_n before_o the_o fall_n in_o a_o more_o near_a relation_n then_o of_o any_o other_o visible_a creature_n so_o as_o that_o he_o live_v in_o they_o and_o shine_v in_o they_o to_o give_v they_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n in_o his_o own_o face_n which_o be_v his_o image_n in_o which_o man_n be_v make_v so_o he_o be_v the_o life_n &_o light_n of_o man_n before_o man_n become_v darkness_n and_o also_o he_o be_v the_o light_n &_o life_n of_o man_n which_o shine_v in_o they_o while_o they_o be_v darkness_n to_o bring_v they_o out_o of_o it_o into_o his_o own_o life_n and_o light_n but_o now_o this_o darkness_n do_v not_o apprehend_v the_o light_n do_v not_o embrace_v it_o nor_o enjoy_v it_o have_v not_o fellowship_n with_o it_o so_o much_o do_v the_o word_n comprehend_v import_n nevertheless_o by_o the_o work_n of_o the_o light_n in_o the_o darkness_n man_n may_v be_v change_v from_o be_v darkness_n to_o become_v light_n in_o the_o lord_n and_o many_o have_v witness_v this_o bless_a charge_n and_o so_o when_o man_n be_v become_v light_n through_o the_o work_n of_o the_o original_a light_n in_o they_o they_o can_v apprehend_v the_o light_n and_o enjoy_v it_o light_n can_v apprehend_v light_a though_o darkâ—…es_n can_v by_o all_o enlighten_v they_o natural_o as_o with_o natural_a reason_n and_o understanding_n the_o gospel_n whereof_o john_n be_v a_o minister_n and_o of_o which_o this_o be_v a_o most_o comfortable_a declaration_n hold_v forth_o christ_n to_o be_v the_o life_n the_o word_n and_o the_o light_n in_o a_o much_o more_o deep_a and_o comprehensive_a signification_n not_o exclude_v the_o more_o inferior_a kind_n and_o degree_n of_o life_n communicate_v unto_o the_o creature_n in_o their_o capacity_n but_o superad_v a_o more_o excellent_a degree_n of_o light_n and_o life_n communicable_a unto_o man_n from_o christ_n then_o that_o which_o be_v natural_a unto_o he_o simple_o as_o a_o natural_a man_n for_o indeed_o every_o degree_n of_o life_n which_o man_n have_v as_o 1._o the_o life_n of_o vegetation_n 2._o of_o sensation_n 3._o of_o reason_n 4._o of_o grace_n be_v from_o christ_n the_o universal_a fountain_n and_o spring_n of_o life_n and_o he_o be_v just_o call_v the_o life_n in_o all_o these_o consideration_n but_o now_o to_o limit_v this_o universal_a signification_n of_o light_n and_o life_n to_o the_o 3_o inferior_a degree_n of_o it_o &_o exclude_v the_o four_o which_o be_v the_o supreme_a do_v plain_o manifest_v a_o partial_a spirit_n which_o be_v prejudice_v against_o the_o truth_n let_v all_o the_o scripture_n be_v search_v and_o it_o will_v never_o be_v find_v that_o christ_n be_v call_v the_o light_n and_o the_o life_n simple_o and_o bare_o in_o relation_n to_o the_o natural_a quicken_a and_o illumination_n of_o the_o creature_n exclude_v the_o spiritual_a but_o rather_o that_o the_o spiritual_a quicken_a and_o enlighten_v be_v always_o most_o point_v at_o not_o exclude_v the_o other_o as_o joh._n 11._o 25._o i_o be_o the_o resurrection_n &_o the_o life_n he_o that_o believe_v in_o i_o though_o he_o â—…r_v dead_a yet_o shall_v he_o live_v and_o joh._n 14._o 6._o i_o be_o the_o way_n the_o truth_n and_o the_o life_n no_o man_n come_v unto_o the_o father_n but_o by_o i_o in_o which_o place_n christ_n be_v hold_v forth_o principal_o in_o relation_n to_o his_o influence_n of_o spiritual_a life_n upon_o man_n and_o joh._n 8._o 12._o i_o be_o the_o light_n of_o life_n again_o in_o that_o he_o be_v call_v the_o light_n of_o man_n this_o be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v particular_o of_o some_o man_n viz._n believer_n but_o of_o all_o man_n both_o believer_n and_o unbeliever_n within_o the_o day_n of_o their_o visitation_n 1._o because_o it_o be_v not_o say_v the_o life_n be_v the_o light_n of_o some_o man_n but_o of_o man_n indefinite_o now_o a_o indefinite_a term_n signify_v most_o universal_o and_o be_v always_o so_o to_o be_v understand_v where_o no_o sufficient_a reason_n move_v to_o the_o contrary_n 2._o because_o john_n the_o evangelist_n and_o john_n the_o baptist_n much_o agree_v in_o their_o testimony_n now_o john_n baptist_n testimony_n be_v that_o he_o enlighten_v every_o man_n 3._o because_o this_o be_v not_o only_o the_o light_n of_o believer_n that_o they_o may_v more_o and_o more_o believ_n but_o he_o be_v the_o light_n of_o or_o unto_o unbeliever_n in_o a_o day_n of_o visitation_n that_o they_o may_v become_v believer_n for_o many_o unbeliever_n have_v become_v believer_n and_o how_o but_o by_o the_o light_v whereby_o the_o light_n do_v lighten_v they_o in_o their_o unbeleef_n for_o when_o the_o light_n first_o light_v a_o man_n it_o find_v he_o in_o
be_v the_o word_n of_o faith_n in_o man_n answer_n to_o the_o thing_n of_o faith_n and_o therefore_o the_o true_a minister_n of_o the_o gospel_n offer_v faith_n unto_o all_o man_n there_o be_v in_o only_o the_o saint_n and_o believer_n no_o for_o if_o saint_n and_o believer_n only_o receive_v grace_n from_o christ_n than_o no_o unbeliever_n can_v ever_o become_v saint_n and_o also_o no_o saint_n ever_o be_v unbeleiver_n which_o be_v false_a for_o now_o when_o grace_n first_o come_v unto_o man_n from_o christ_n out_o of_o his_o fullness_n it_o find_v they_o unbeliever_n and_o it_o be_v give_v they_o while_o they_o be_v such_o to_o the_o end_n that_o they_o may_v be_v convert_v from_o their_o unbeleef_n so_o then_o unbeliever_n receive_v grace_n that_o they_o may_v believe_v and_o believer_n receive_v it_o that_o they_o may_v believe_v more_o and_o more_o yet_o now_o some_o yea_o many_a and_o most_o unbeliever_n suffer_v not_o this_o grace_n which_o they_o have_v receive_v to_o have_v its_o operation_n in_o they_o which_o will_v change_v they_o and_o make_v they_o believer_n but_o like_o the_o slothful_a servant_n hide_v their_o master_n money_n in_o the_o earth_n in_o a_o run_v thus_o god_n so_o love_v the_o elect_n that_o whosoever_o of_o they_o elect_n beleeu_n shall_v not_o perish_v which_o be_v void_a of_o sense_n forasmuch_o as_o none_o of_o the_o elect_n but_o must_v believe_v and_o yet_o the_o particle_n whosoever_o distribute_v those_o who_o be_v understand_v here_o by_z the_o world_n into_o believer_n and_o unbeliever_n show_v that_o god_n so_o love_v all_o that_o he_o give_v a_o opportunity_n unto_o they_o to_o be_v save_v by_o believe_v and_o if_o they_o do_v not_o believe_v their_o perish_v be_v not_o for_o want_v of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n illumination_n can_v show_v if_o a_o man_n work_n be_v wrought_v in_o god_n therefore_o it_o be_v spiritual_a and_o sufficient_a to_o salvation_n again_o john_n 8._o 12._o he_o hear_v a_o testimony_n to_o the_o same_o truth_n i_o be_o say_v he_o the_o light_n of_o the_o world_n he_o that_o follow_v i_o shall_v not_o walk_v in_o darkness_n but_o shall_v have_v the_o light_n of_o life_n now_o that_o growth_n of_o the_o natural_a illumination_n as_o it_o be_v corrupt_v for_o many_o man_n who_o be_v very_o unrighteous_a and_o wicked_a have_v much_o of_o it_o and_o many_o time_n more_o than_o the_o righteous_a so_o that_o christ_n say_v the_o child_n of_o this_o world_n be_v wise_a in_o their_o generation_n than_o the_o child_n of_o god_n now_o the_o natural_a illumination_n as_o it_o be_v pure_a before_o transgression_n so_o in_o they_o who_o come_v to_o be_v purify_v from_o transgression_n it_o do_v become_v pure_a for_o the_o truth_n purify_v it_o and_o it_o grow_v up_o under_o its_o shadow_n and_o be_v good_a unto_o man_n for_o divers_a use_n and_o so_o unrighteousness_n hinder_v its_o growth_n as_o its_o pure_a but_o not_o as_o it_o be_v impure_a and_o this_o have_v be_v the_o manifestation_n be_v not_o the_o natural_a illumination_n because_o through_o it_o god_n keep_v they_o as_o by_o a_o chain_n from_o do_v these_o abomination_n which_o afterward_o he_o give_v they_o up_o to_o commit_v there_o be_v a_o time_n when_o god_n dwell_v in_o their_o knowledge_n whereby_o they_o know_v he_o through_o what_o he_o have_v make_v manifest_a of_o his_o eternal_a power_n in_o have_v not_o all_o obey_v the_o gospel_n for_o esaias_n say_v who_o have_v believe_v our_o report_n now_o mark_v the_o apostle_n do_v not_o say_v they_o have_v not_o all_o obey_v the_o law_n of_o nature_n or_o the_o light_n of_o nature_n but_o they_o have_v not_o all_o obey_v the_o gospel_n so_o that_o the_o very_a gospel_n have_v be_v preach_v unto_o all_o otherwise_o they_o shall_v never_o have_v be_v charge_v with_o not_o have_v obey_v it_o again_o he_o say_v but_o have_v they_o not_o hear_v even_o that_o which_o they_o disobey_v to_o wit_v the_o gospel_n he_o answer_v yes_o very_o only_o unto_o some_o of_o all_o sort_n but_o universal_o unto_o all_o and_o every_o particular_a otherwise_o the_o allusion_n unto_o the_o word_n of_o the_o 19_o psalm_n have_v be_v impertinent_a moreover_o the_o apostle_n proceed_v to_o show_v how_o the_o gentile_n who_o follow_v not_o after_o righteousness_n have_v attain_v to_o righteousness_n even_o that_o of_o faith_n and_o yet_o the_o jew_n miss_v of_o it_o of_o which_o as_o he_o give_v the_o reason_n in_o the_o close_a of_o the_o last_o chapter_n why_o the_o jew_n miss_v of_o it_o viz._n beealls_n they_o seek_v it_o not_o by_o faith_n so_o in_o the_o close_a of_o this_o 10._o chapter_n he_o further_o add_v that_o notwithstanding_o all_o the_o high_a thought_n the_o jew_n have_v of_o themselves_o as_o if_o they_o be_v the_o only_o elect_a people_n of_o god_n and_o the_o gentile_n cast_v of_o that_o the_o lord_n have_v say_v long_o ago_o i_o will_v provoke_v you_o to_o jealousy_n by_o a_o people_n that_o be_v no_o people_n and_o by_o a_o foolish_a nation_n i_o will_v anger_v you_o and_o that_o esaias_n be_v so_o bold_a as_o to_o affirm_v that_o the_o lord_n be_v more_o ready_o find_v of_o the_o gentile_n then_o of_o the_o jew_n for_o of_o the_o gentile_n he_o say_v i_o be_v find_v of_o they_o that_o seek_v i_o not_o but_o to_o israel_n he_o say_v all_o the_o day_n long_o i_o have_v stretch_v out_o my_o and_o prayer_n but_o be_v more_o righteous_a in_o heart_n before_o the_o lord_n and_o so_o do_v more_o ready_o find_v he_o and_o know_v he_o yea_o and_o do_v more_o ready_o receive_v the_o testimony_n of_o truth_n as_o it_o be_v outward_o publish_v by_o the_o apostle_n than_o do_v the_o jew_n notwithstanding_o all_o their_o great_a profession_n oh_o that_o the_o late_a professor_n can_v read_v their_o figure_n in_o this_o at_o this_o day_n some_o may_v object_v that_o it_o be_v say_v there_o be_v no_o difference_n betwixt_o jew_n and_o gentile_n but_o the_o same_o lord_n be_v rich_a unto_o all_o that_o call_v upon_o he_o which_o will_v seem_v to_o import_v that_o such_o a_o rich_a mercy_n as_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n be_v only_o give_v to_o believer_n and_o they_o that_o call_v on_o his_o name_n as_o it_o be_v else_o where_o say_v he_o give_v grace_n to_o the_o humble_a whereas_o we_o say_v he_o give_v grace_n unto_o all_o to_o which_o i_o answer_v these_o scripture_n do_v not_o depend_v upon_o for_o they_o and_o will_v give_v they_o sufficient_o in_o their_o season_n object_n 29._o this_o doctrine_n that_o all_o man_n may_v be_v save_v say_v they_o hinder_v prayer_n which_o grace_n see_v if_o they_o be_v of_o those_o that_o he_o have_v so_o pass_v by_o &_o decree_v to_o deny_v his_o grace_n unto_o prayer_n will_v be_v to_o no_o purpose_n the_o decree_n of_o god_n be_v unchangeable_a and_o see_v they_o do_v not_o know_v but_o that_o they_o be_v of_o that_o great_a number_n it_o be_v sufficient_a to_o make_v they_o doubt_v yea_o a_o man_n can_v but_o doubt_v of_o that_o which_o he_o do_v not_o certain_o know_v and_o doubt_v hinder_v prayer_n but_o second_o if_o all_o motion_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v irresistible_a &_o come_v by_o a_o absolute_a decree_n of_o god_n why_o shall_v a_o man_n pray_v for_o they_o see_v they_o must_v and_o will_v come_v whether_o he_o pray_v yea_o whether_o he_o will_v or_o not_o again_o though_o we_o say_v grace_n and_o that_o sufficient_a be_v give_v unto_o all_o and_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n move_v upon_o the_o heart_n of_o all_o man_n in_o a_o day_n of_o visitation_n yet_o there_o be_v still_o room_n leave_v for_o prayer_n that_o more_o grace_n may_v be_v give_v and_o the_o motion_n thereof_o daily_o more_o and_o more_o increase_v but_o as_o concern_v pray_v for_o motion_n and_o drawing_n of_o the_o spirit_n to_o incline_v and_o unite_v the_o heart_n to_o god_n we_o be_v to_o pray_v for_o they_o as_o his_o own_o spirit_n teach_v and_o move_v we_o and_o in_o submission_n to_o his_o will_n whether_o the_o motion_n and_o drawing_n he_o be_v please_v to_o put_v forth_o in_o we_o be_v more_o or_o less_o strong_a according_a to_o his_o good_a pleasure_n nor_o do_v i_o deny_v but_o the_o lord_n can_v so_o move_v the_o heart_n of_o man_n as_o to_o leave_v no_o place_n for_o resistance_n but_o all_o his_o motion_n be_v not_o after_o that_o manner_n as_o for_o example_n a_o man_n be_v assault_v with_o a_o temptation_n he_o pray_v to_o the_o lord_n either_o to_o remove_v it_o or_o preserve_v he_o from_o yield_v to_o it_o and_o the_o lord_n answer_v he_o as_o he_o do_v paul_n my_o
