can_v not_o excuse_v he_o yet_o his_o sin_n have_v not_o be_v so_o great_a but_o see_v he_o who_o have_v make_v so_o good_a proceed_n in_o the_o service_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n who_o have_v teach_v other_o who_o be_v so_o insighted_a by_o the_o spirit_n and_o be_v teach_v in_o a_o special_a manner_n against_o knowledge_n against_o conscience_n and_o so_o foul_o sin_v against_o god_n this_o high_o increase_v and_o aggravate_v his_o sin_n doctr._fw-la 1_o hence_o then_o learn_v that_o it_o be_v a_o fearful_a and_o very_a dangerous_a sin_n for_o any_o man_n or_o woman_n to_o sin_n against_o the_o know_a truth_n of_o the_o word_n knowledge_n a_o fearful_a thing_n to_o sin_n against_o knowledge_n and_o law_n of_o god_n against_o knowledge_n and_o conscience_n when_o as_o we_o have_v not_o only_o know_v the_o will_n and_o word_n of_o god_n but_o believe_v it_o be_v enlighten_v by_o the_o spirit_n and_o be_v teach_v of_o god_n in_o our_o inward_a affection_n then_o against_o all_o these_o mean_n to_o sin_n and_o to_o commit_v iniquity_n against_o knowledge_n and_o conscience_n it_o be_v a_o most_o dangerous_a thing_n this_o may_v here_o appear_v in_o david_n who_o be_v grievous_o wound_v for_o this_o sin_n above_o all_o other_o and_o feel_v the_o smart_n of_o it_o to_o humble_v he_o all_o the_o day_n of_o his_o life_n so_o peter_n denial_n of_o christ_n luke_n 23._o chapter_n though_o it_o be_v of_o fear_n yet_o be_v against_o knowledge_n and_o also_o conscience_n oh_o it_o cause_v he_o to_o weep_v bitter_o and_o indeed_o sin_n of_o knowledge_n and_o against_o conscience_n be_v do_v with_o some_o presumption_n against_o god_n and_o therefore_o if_o ever_o a_o man_n be_v touch_v for_o they_o they_o will_v wound_v deep_a and_o cause_n tear_n to_o follow_v use_v 1_o see_v it_o be_v so_o fearful_a and_o dangerous_a to_o sin_n against_o knowledge_n and_o conscience_n because_o thereby_o we_o do_v what_o lie_v in_o we_o to_o quench_v the_o spirit_n to_o wound_v our_o conscience_n and_o it_o be_v a_o great_a step_n unto_o the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n oh_o then_o let_v we_o in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n take_v heed_n we_o never_o give_v that_o liberty_n to_o our_o own_o lust_n and_o like_n as_o to_o sin_n against_o knowledge_n and_o conscience_n if_o the_o devil_n tempt_v thou_o to_o any_o sin_n which_o thou_o know_v be_v condemn_v in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n as_o swear_v lie_a steal_v note_n note_n murder_n adultery_n etc._n etc._n and_o thy_o conscience_n tell_v thou_o of_o it_o and_o check_v thou_o for_o it_o do_v not_o paul_n persecute_v the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o it_o be_v by_o ignorance_n and_o therefore_o god_n show_v he_o mercy_n but_o if_o thou_o of_o spite_n and_o malice_n shall_v persecute_v and_o namely_o in_o the_o word_n and_o ministry_n of_o the_o holy_a gospel_n use_v 2_o this_o show_v that_o all_o those_o be_v enemy_n to_o their_o own_o soul_n thaâ—_n despise_v the_o ministry_n of_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n let_v man_n seek_v it_o elsewhere_o and_o they_o shall_v find_v none_o man_n may_v seek_v delight_n and_o joy_n in_o their_o gold_n and_o silver_n in_o merry_a company_n in_o this_o or_o that_o as_o man_n use_v to_o do_v but_o alas_o they_o can_v not_o find_v it_o there_o yea_o experience_n show_v that_o distress_a soul_n full_a of_o woe_n and_o misery_n can_v never_o find_v true_a comfort_n in_o any_o thing_n else_o save_v in_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o there_o they_o have_v find_v endless_a comfort_n by_o the_o hear_n of_o the_o bless_a and_o save_a promise_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o therefore_o it_o man_n shall_v neglect_v or_o despise_v the_o word_n preach_v how_o can_v they_o ever_o find_v joy_n or_o gladness_n or_o any_o dram_n
