and_o the_o spiritual_a censure_n or_o judgement_n according_a to_o these_o rule_n it_o back_n with_o civil_a penalty_n as_o imprisonment_n or_o with_o put_v man_n under_o civil_a incapacity_n as_o to_o plead_v in_o a_o action_n at_o law_n or_o the_o like_a now_o all_o these_o temporal_a help_n and_o accession_n come_v not_o to_o the_o bishop_n and_o minister_n immediate_o from_o christ_n or_o as_o they_o be_v minister_n of_o religion_n for_o 36._o his_o kingdom_n be_v not_o of_o this_o world_n nor_o be_v he_o whilst_o on_o earth_n any_o judge_n in_o civil_a matter_n nor_o do_v he_o confer_v any_o such_o worldly_a power_n or_o grant_v any_o such_o commission_n but_o all_o these_o secular_a benefice_n and_o fortification_n in_o all_o the_o part_n of_o the_o spiritual_a ministry_n be_v the_o gift_n of_o prince_n they_o flow_v from_o their_o favour_n to_o the_o church_n or_o from_o their_o take_n upon_o they_o to_o be_v its_o temporal_a patron_n or_o its_o nurse_n father_n and_o nurse_n mother_n and_o as_o the_o bishop_n and_o minister_n of_o christ_n hold_v they_o only_o by_o their_o commission_n so_o may_v they_o lose_v they_o by_o their_o recall_v it_o so_o that_o although_o the_o state_n have_v no_o power_n either_o to_o give_v or_o to_o deprive_v the_o minister_n of_o christ_n of_o their_o mere_a spiritual_a power_n yet_o have_v it_o a_o direct_a authority_n to_o grant_v or_o deprive_v they_o of_o these_o temporal_a additional_n and_o therefore_o the_o bishop_n and_o minister_n of_o christ_n in_o a_o incorporate_a church_n when_o they_o be_v deprive_v by_o their_o rightful_a prince_n or_o by_o a_o legal_a state_n must_v exercise_v their_o mere_a spiritual_a power_n in_o the_o foresay_a case_n without_o any_o of_o these_o civil_a effect_n or_o mixture_n that_o be_v they_o can_v only_o administer_v the_o word_n and_o prayer_n and_o sacrament_n
