these_o follow_a case_n 1._o concern_v thy_o superior_n especial_o on_o the_o worst_a side_n and_o that_o because_o 1._o as_o to_o their_o principle_n they_o be_v far_o from_o our_o observation_n and_o there_o be_v few_o or_o very_o uncertain_a sign_n thereof_o for_o the_o most_o part_n our_o judgement_n here_o will_v be_v very_o uncertain_a and_o 2._o as_o to_o their_o actual_a prudence_n and_o foresight_n in_o matter_n concern_v their_o office_n it_o be_v for_o the_o same_o reason_n to_o we_o uncertain_a but_o yet_o far_o more_o likely_a to_o compare_v it_o with_o that_o of_o their_o inferior_n or_o other_o private_a person_n to_o be_v more_o and_o better_a than_o what_o be_v in_o they_o for_o they_o make_v it_o more_o their_o business_n to_o attend_v to_o what_o be_v most_o for_o the_o general_a good_a of_o those_o who_o be_v under_o their_o care_n when_o inferior_n look_v only_o or_o principal_o at_o themselves_o and_o then_o they_o general_o have_v better_a information_n what_o be_v so_o and_o true_o it_o seem_v likely_a that_o if_o there_o be_v as_o much_o assurance_n of_o the_o integrity_n of_o governor_n or_o their_o sincere_a love_n to_o the_o public_a good_a as_o there_o be_v of_o their_o knowledge_n the_o judgement_n of_o wise_a and_o honest_a man_n will_v general_o with_o reason_n be_v for_o their_o honour_n and_o advantage_n though_o with_o rash_a and_o
