not_o be_v sway_v by_o opinion_n and_o party_n for_o interest_n but_o follow_v faithful_o steady_o and_o upright_o righteousness_n and_o truth_n as_o it_o manifest_v itself_o to_o their_o own_o soul_n now_o we_o have_v take_v the_o liberty_n of_o express_v our_o thought_n which_o be_v various_a and_o uncertain_a let_v we_o consider_v if_o there_o be_v not_o something_o more_o serious_a and_o certain_a to_o be_v our_o guide_n in_o point_n of_o government_n a_o more_o sure_a word_n of_o prophecy_n or_o scripture_n to_o which_o we_o shall_v do_v well_o to_o take_v heed_n and_o in_o that_o sure_a word_n we_o shall_v find_v these_o two_o thing_n in_o rom._n 13.1_o the_o power_n that_o be_v be_v ordain_v of_o god_n the_o emperor_n of_o rome_n that_o then_o be_v the_o power_n have_v usurp_v the_o ancient_a right_n of_o the_o senate_n and_o people_n of_o rome_n and_o nero_n than_o emperor_n be_v a_o notorious_a beast_n he_o get_v this_o power_n by_o his_o mother_n poison_v the_o former_a emperor_n and_o keep_v it_o by_o his_o poison_v the_o son_n the_o true_a heir_n and_o yet_o this_o power_n that_o then_o be_v in_o be_v be_v ordain_v of_o god_n the_o word_n signify_v a_o order_n or_o dispose_v thing_n in_o their_o place_n and_o that_o by_o institution_n or_o command_n be_v the_o power_n good_a or_o bad_a he_o that_o know_v how_o to_o manage_v ill_a thing_n to_o good_a end_n in_o wisdom_n order_n they_o and_o command_v obedience_n to_o they_o whence_o follow_v these_o observation_n i._n first_o that_o god_n do_v himself_o wise_o order_n and_o dispose_v of_o power_n it_o be_v his_o own_o he_o give_v it_o to_o who_o he_o please_v pull_v down_o one_o and_o set_v up_o another_o as_o he_o have_v use_v of_o they_o ii_o second_o he_o can_v and_o do_v ordain_v power_n according_a to_o his_o mind_n in_o wisdom_n and_o purity_n through_o and_o by_o not_o only_o unadvised_a and_o unwarrantable_a but_o wicked_a and_o abominable_a mean_n and_o to_o wicked_a person_n iii_o three_o christian_n shall_v look_v through_o the_o mist_n of_o weakness_n yea_o through_o the_o thick_a vail_n of_o wickedness_n to_o the_o brightness_n of_o god_n hand_n in_o set_v up_o of_o power_n and_o ought_v willing_o to_o acknowledge_v the_o
