the_o land_n do_v in_o their_o commission_n of_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n but_o to_o give_v little_o further_a satisfaction_n to_o the_o reader_n i_o shall_v show_v why_o i_o do_v condemn_v man_n and_o woman_n at_o a_o distance_n and_o yet_o something_o agreeable_a to_o the_o way_n of_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n first_o those_o that_o be_v condemn_v by_o i_o at_o a_o distance_n there_o be_v some_o of_o this_o faith_n that_o have_v hear_v they_o speak_v wicked_a speech_n against_o i_o and_o the_o doctrine_n declare_v by_o this_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o have_v give_v i_o intelligence_n of_o it_o and_o so_o upon_o their_o witness_v the_o same_o i_o have_v send_v the_o sentence_n unto_o they_o so_o that_o if_o the_o witness_n that_o inform_v i_o do_v not_o witness_v truth_n than_o that_o sentence_n which_o i_o have_v pass_v upon_o they_o shall_v be_v of_o no_o value_n which_o be_v better_a judgement_n in_o some_o kind_n than_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o land_n do_v give_v for_o if_o witness_n be_v false_a and_o swear_v false_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o land_n do_v many_o time_n condemn_v the_o innocent_a mere_o through_o false_a witness_n therefore_o in_o that_o regard_n my_o judgement_n and_o sentence_n be_v more_o certain_a than_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o civil_a law_n be_v in_o regard_n i_o never_o condemn_v the_o innocent_a through_o false_a witness_n for_o i_o seldom_o or_o never_o do_v send_v the_o sentence_n to_o any_o though_o their_o wicked_a speech_n be_v witness_v unto_o i_o by_o one_o that_o be_v not_o in_o this_o faith_n though_o they_o may_v speak_v truth_n in_o that_o thing_n as_o well_o as_o other_o that_o be_v of_o the_o same_o faith_n with_o i_o 2._o i_o never_o do_v pass_v sentence_n on_o any_o at_o a_o distance_n except_o i_o have_v some_o write_n from_o their_o own_o hand_n as_o i_o have_v have_v from_o you_o quaker_n and_o your_o handwriting_n be_v as_o good_a a_o jury_n and_o witness_n to_o i_o as_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o land_n can_v have_v for_o what_o jury_n or_o witness_n can_v be_v require_v more_o than_o a_o man_n own_o
