as_o by_o abstinence_n we_o be_v make_v the_o fit_a to_o meditate_v and_o by_o meditation_n make_v the_o fit_a to_o pray_v so_o by_o prayer_n we_o get_v a_o great_a fitness_n and_o ability_n both_o
