it_o may_v be_v take_v only_o for_o public_a officer_n but_o it_o therefore_o follow_v and_o to_o thy_o saint_n this_o be_v a_o more_o general_a word_n and_o herein_o all_o saint_n may_v be_v satisfy_v though_o they_o be_v not_o so_o eminent_o gift_v as_o other_o be_v since_o this_o word_n be_v add_v and_o to_o thy_o saint_n but_o if_o any_o shall_v yet_o conceive_v that_o they_o be_v not_o here_o include_v see_v some_o that_o be_v saint_n be_v sometime_o under_o some_o doubt_n of_o their_o saintship_n therefore_o it_o follow_v and_o to_o they_o that_o fear_v thy_o name_n so_o that_o if_o they_o have_v but_o a_o true_a filial_a sonlike_a fear_n of_o god_n they_o may_v hereby_o be_v encourage_v but_o yet_o further_o that_o there_o may_v not_o be_v any_o discourage_v for_o their_o weakeness_n because_o they_o be_v look_v upon_o as_o little_a one_o as_o babe_n or_o because_o they_o be_v low_a in_o the_o world_n it_o therefore_o follow_v and_o to_o they_o that_o fear_v thy_o name_n small_a and_o great_a all_o saint_n from_o the_o most_o eminent_a prophet_n and_o teacher_n to_o the_o mean_a and_o tender_a babe_n that_o wait_v upon_o and_o love_n and_o fear_v the_o lord_n jesus_n shall_v all_o be_v reward_v at_o his_o come_n not_o that_o any_o thing_n they_o
that_o be_v do_v unto_o they_o and_o love_v their_o enemy_n and_o do_v good_a to_o they_o that_o hate_v they_o these_o thing_n may_v they_o do_v and_o yet_o ought_v they_o not_o to_o leave_v the_o other_o undo_v but_o this_o may_v by_o the_o way_n be_v consider_v that_o there_o have_v be_v time_n when_o there_o be_v never_o a_o good_a magistrate_n in_o the_o world_n and_o then_o be_v it_o the_o duty_n of_o saint_n to_o be_v whole_o passive_a and_o observe_v the_o forementioned_a rule_n of_o patient_a suffering_n but_o when_o providence_n so_o order_v it_o as_o to_o place_n in_o authority_n doer_n and_o thus_o the_o objection_n be_v answer_v and_o it_o be_v clear_a that_o it_o be_v lawful_a in_o gospel_n time_n for_o saint_n to_o fight_v against_o such_o as_o will_v murder_v and_o destroy_v they_o as_o the_o associate_n of_o the_o beast_n will_v nay_o it_o be_v not_o only_o lawful_a to_o do_v it_o but_o it_o will_v be_v their_o sin_n if_o they_o shall_v not_o do_v it_o godly_a magistrate_n will_v sin_v if_o they_o do_v bear_v the_o sword_n in_o vain_a and_o do_v not_o punish_v evil_a doer_n and_o godly_a subject_n will_v sin_n if_o they_o shall_v not_o obey_v the_o apostle_n say_v that_o those_o that_o will_v live_v godly_a in_o christ_n jesus_n must_v suffer_v persecution_n and_o it_o be_v a_o truth_n in_o the_o apostle_n time_n and_o have_v be_v so_o for_o almost_o this_o sixteen_o hundred_o year_n since_o that_o the_o saint_n have_v suffer_v persecution_n either_o from_o the_o roman_a beast_n the_o emperor_n or_o the_o roman_a beast_n the_o pope_n or_o those_o that_o have_v act_v by_o authority_n from_o they_o yet_o it_o do_v not_o follow_v that_o this_o will_v always_o hold_v a_o truth_n that_o the_o saint_n shall_v be_v always_o sufferer_n but_o the_o contrary_n be_v clear_a and_o i_o know_v none_o that_o deny_v it_o but_o that_o as_o the_o saint_n have_v have_v a_o suffer_a time_n so_o they_o shall_v have_v a_o time_n of_o deliverance_n and_o freedom_n from_o suffer_v and_o the_o rod_n of_o the_o wicked_a shall_v not_o always_o rest_v upon_o the_o lot_n of_o the_o righteous_a but_o god_n will_v though_o he_o have_v bear_v 7._o bear_v luke_n 18._o 7._o long_o at_o last_o avenge_v the_o quarrel_n of_o his_o people_n upon_o their_o enemy_n and_o though_o for_o this_o 1500_o or_o 1600_o year_n god_n have_v appoint_v his_o people_n in_o the_o latter_a day_n when_o the_o time_n of_o the_o saint_n deliverance_n come_v that_o they_o shall_v not_o by_o the_o sword_n as_o israel_n of_o old_a do_v subdue_v the_o enemy_n of_o god_n which_o be_v also_o their_o enemy_n i_o say_v it_o be_v not_o where_o say_v they_o shall_v not_o so_o do_v but_o in_o several_a place_n it_o be_v say_v that_o they_o shall_v so_o do_v as_o in_o that_o do_v these_o thing_n and_o this_o be_v clear_a likewise_o in_o the_o 110_o psalm_n where_o the_o psalmist_n speak_v express_o of_o the_o time_n when_o the_o enemy_n of_o christ_n shall_v be_v make_v his_o footstool_n as_o appear_v in_o the_o first_o verse_n the_o lord_n say_v unto_o my_o lord_n sit_v at_o my_o right_a hand_n until_o i_o make_v thy_o enemy_n thy_o footstool_n now_o jesus_n the_o resurrection_n from_o the_o dead_a and_o they_o that_o sleep_v in_o the_o dust_n shall_v awake_v and_o sing_v and_o the_o earth_n shall_v cast_v out_o the_o dead_a and_o this_o shall_v be_v a_o waiter_n for_o it_o of_o the_o manner_n of_o the_o come_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o saint_n and_o with_o what_o body_n they_o shall_v come_v but_o now_o this_o question_n may_v be_v propound_v it_o be_v grant_v to_o be_v a_o undoubted_a truth_n thaâ—_n jesus_n christ_n shall_v personal_o appear_v on_o earth_n and_o that_o the_o saint_n depart_v shall_v be_v raise_v from_o the_o dead_a to_o reign_v with_o he_o in_o that_o day_n with_o what_o body_n shall_v christ_n and_o his_o saint_n come_v and_o how_o shall_v they_o be_v raise_v up_o do_v the_o scripture_n say_v any_o thing_n to_o that_o i_o answer_v yes_o for_o hitherto_o i_o have_v quote_v the_o scripture_n that_o speak_v only_o of_o his_o come_n and_o the_o saint_n be_v raise_v but_o there_o be_v other_o scripture_n which_o speak_v of_o the_o manner_n how_o as_o that_o rev._n 1._o 7._o behold_v he_o come_v with_o cloud_n and_o every_o eye_n shall_v see_v he_o etc._n etc._n and_o luke_n 21._o 26_o 27._o for_o the_o power_n of_o the_o heaven_n shall_v be_v shake_v and_o then_o shall_v they_o see_v the_o son_n of_o man_n come_v in_o a_o cloud_n with_o power_n and_o great_a glory_n and_o mat._n 24_o 30._o 31._o and_o they_o shall_v see_v the_o son_n of_o man_n come_v in_o the_o cloud_n of_o heaven_n with_o power_n and_o great_a glory_n and_o he_o shall_v send_v his_o angel_n with_o a_o great_a sound_n of_o a_o trumpet_n and_z and_z they_o shall_v gather_v together_o his_o elect_a etc._n etc._n and_o v._o 27._o as_o the_o lightning_n come_v out_o of_o the_o east_n and_o shine_v even_o unto_o the_o west_n
