be_v upon_o the_o sundaye_n or_o that_o peradventure_o you_o be_v in_o such_o care_n and_o weakness_n that_o your_o in_o firmitie_n &_o sickness_n do_v the_o not_o suffer_v you_o to_o fast_o for_o why_o to_o fast_o upon_o other_o day_n be_v either_o a_o remedy_n or_o else_o a_o reward_n but_o not_o to_o abstain_v in_o lent_n be_v sin_n he_o that_o at_o any_o other_o time_n do_v fast_a shall_v forasmuch_o as_o he_o fa_v not_o his_o charity_n and_o almose_n oughe_o to_o be_v the_o more_o large_a to_o the_o poor_a so_o to_o redeem_v those_o sin_n by_o almose_n dede_n the_o which_o he_o can_v not_o cure_v nor_o heal_v by_o abstinence_n and_o fast_a it_o be_v my_o good_a brethren_n a_o very_a good_a and_o a_o profitable_a thing_n to_o fast_a but_o yet_o much_o better_a to_o gyve_v almose_n if_o a_o man_n may_v or_o cando_fw-la both_o they_o be_v two_o good_a thing_n but_o if_o he_o can_v better_v it_o be_v to_o gyve_v almose_n if_o thou_o be_v not_o able_a to_o fast_v almose_n dede_n without_o fast_v shall_v be_v sufficient_a but_o to_o fast_o without_o do_v of_o charitable_a and_o almose_n dede_n be_v not_o sufficient_a therefore_o if_o a_o man_n can_v not_o fast_o almose_n without_o fastinge_n be_v good_a but_o if_o a_o man_n may_v fast_a and_o also_o do_v his_o almose_n they_o be_v two_o good_a thing_n but_o to_o fast_o without_o do_v of_o alm_n be_v neither_o good_a nor_o profitable_a except_o a_o man_n be_v so_o very_o needy_a and_o poor_a that_o he_o have_v nothing_o at_o all_o to_o geve_v and_o then_o the_o good_a will_n of_o he_o that_o have_v nothing_o to_o gyve_v be_v sufficient_a for_o it_o be_v write_v glory_n to_o god_n a_o high_a and_o peace_n be_v on_o the_o earth_n to_o those_o that_o be_v well_o willinge_v 2_o but_o who_o can_v excuse_v he_o when_o the_o lord_n have_v promise_v to_o gyve_v we_o a_o reward_n 10_o for_o a_o cup_n of_o cold_a water_n and_o why_o do_v he_o say_v of_o cold_a water_n jest_n peradventure_o some_o poor_a man_n will_v excuse_v himself_o by_o penury_n and_o lack_n of_o wood_n and_o say_v that_o he_o have_v neither_o pot_n nor_o pan_n to_o warm_v any_o water_n withal_o final_o my_o derelye_o belove_a brethren_n the_o lord_n do_v so_o exhort_v and_o so_o admonish_v we_o by_o the_o holy_a prophet_n to_o do_v alm_n dede_n that_o there_o be_v in_o a_o manner_n no_o man_n so_o poor_a and_o needy_a
