ourselves_o exterior_o about_o object_n which_o be_v mean_a and_o base_a and_o because_o virtue_n be_v conserve_v and_o augment_v by_o the_o same_o mean_n whereby_o it_o be_v obtain_v therefore_o as_o the_o exterior_a exercise_n of_o humility_n be_v necessary_a for_o the_o obtain_v the_o virtue_n of_o humility_n it_o will_v also_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o custody_n and_o increase_n thereof_o whereupon_o it_o will_v follow_v that_o this_o exercise_n be_v very_o important_a for_o all_o not_o only_o for_o beginner_n but_o for_o other_o also_o who_o be_v great_a proficient_o as_o we_o also_o
