matter_n of_o inward_a and_o immediate_a revelation_n and_o inspiration_n perhaps_o he_o will_v say_v in_o this_o that_o we_o affirm_v that_o god_n do_v in_o many_o thing_n enlighten_v and_o inspire_v we_o without_o make_v use_n of_o the_o scripture_n mean_v but_o he_o plead_v that_o none_o of_o the_o faithful_a be_v enlighten_v or_o inspire_v in_o any_o particular_a without_o the_o concurrence_n of_o scripture_n to_o this_o i_o answer_v first_o the_o controversy_n of_o immediate_a revelation_n be_v more_o large_a and_o general_a than_o to_o be_v restrict_v to_o that_o without_o scripture_n for_o which_o only_o we_o contend_v as_o necessary_a for_o the_o beget_n true_a and_o save_a faith_n and_o knowledge_n in_o man_n heart_n we_o do_v not_o plead_v for_o outward_a apparition_n and_o have_v judge_v the_o outward_a apparition_n to_o have_v be_v god_n himself_o certain_o he_o shall_v have_v fall_v into_o grievous_a idolatry_n but_o that_o r._n b._n do_v affirm_v that_o there_o be_v
