when_o we_o commit_v such_o sin_n as_o we_o may_v avoid_v such_o sin_n as_o we_o have_v some_o help_n against_o and_o least_o provocation_n unto_o it_o be_v a_o general_a rule_n quanto_fw-la major_n facilitas_fw-la etc._n etc._n the_o more_o the_o facility_n of_o not_o sin_v the_o great_a the_o sin_n therefore_o when_o we_o be_v tempt_v to_o sin_n consider_v what_o conscience_n say_v i_o have_v be_v a_o hearer_n of_o the_o word_n what_o have_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n reveal_v and_o discover_v unto_o i_o he_o have_v show_v that_o this_o be_v a_o sin_n who_o do_v i_o grieve_v by_o the_o commission_n of_o it_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n and_o wound_v my_o own_o conscience_n and_o then_o consider_v will_v that_o that_o i_o sin_n for_o countervail_v this_o do_v i_o not_o buy_v my_o sin_n too_o dear_a sin_n be_v dear_o buy_v with_o the_o grieve_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n therefore_o wise_o think_v before_o hand_n what_o sin_n will_v cost_v man_n grieve_v the_o spirit_n truth_n by_o cavil_v against_o the_o truth_n the_o heathen_a man_n can_v say_v it_o be_v a_o ill_a custom_n to_o be_v cavil_v against_o religion_n whether_o in_o good_a earnest_n or_o in_o jest_n yet_o we_o have_v a_o sect_n a_o generation_n of_o man_n that_o be_v of_o all_o religion_n of_o no_o religion_n man_n of_o a_o contradictory_n spirit_n that_o always_o take_v the_o opposite_a part_n that_o cavil_n at_o the_o truth_n to_o show_v their_o part_n this_o be_v too_o ordinary_a among_o the_o wit_n of_o the_o world_n this_o grieve_v the_o holy_a spirit_n also_o dependence_n when_o man_n take_v the_o office_n of_o the_o spirit_n from_o he_o that_o be_v when_o we_o will_v do_v thing_n in_o our_o own_o strength_n and_o by_o our_o own_o light_n as_o if_o we_o be_v god_n to_o ourselves_o man_n natural_o affect_v a_o kind_n of_o divinity_n it_o be_v the_o fault_n of_o adam_n and_o ●ill_v god_n drive_v he_o out_o of_o himself_o by_o his_o spirit_n and_o by_o affliction_n he_o set_v much_o by_o his_o own_o part_n and_o wit_n and_o thereupon_o neglect_v prayer_n and_o dependence_n on_o god_n as_o if_o the_o spirit_n have_v nothing_o to_o do_v with_o his_o regiment_n when_o man_n set_v upon_o action_n in_o the_o strength_n of_o natural_a part_n perhaps_o they_o may_v go_v on_o in_o their_o course_n as_o civil_a man_n but_o never_o as_o christian_n to_o have_v comfort_n of_o their_o action_n because_o they_o will_v be_v guide_n and_o god_n to_o themselves_o if_o a_o man_n belong_v to_o god_n god_n will_v cross_v he_o in_o such_o way_n wherein_o he_o refuse_v to_o honour_n god_n and_o to_o give_v he_o his_o due_a place_n he_o shall_v miscarry_v when_o perhaps_o other_o man_n shall_v have_v success_n though_o it_o be_v to_o harden_v they_o to_o destruction_n this_o be_v a_o subtle_a way_n by_o which_o satan_n abuse_v man_n the_o life_n of_o a_o christian_a be_v dependent_a on_o a_o high_a principle_n than_o himself_o to_o rule_v and_o guide_v he_o another_o way_n whereby_o we_o common_o grieve_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v business_n when_o the_o mind_n be_v trouble_v with_o a_o multitude_n of_o business_n when_o the_o soul_n be_v like_o a_o mill_n where_o one_o can_v hear_v
