foot_n of_o some_o one_o body_n be_v the_o whole_a body_n or_o no_o for_o before_o i_o have_v already_o show_v that_o this_o word_n catholic_a signify_v universal_a and_o yet_o i_o be_o not_o ignorant_a also_o that_o it_o may_v be_v take_v for_o any_o faithful_a man_n but_o by_o these_o question_n they_o open_o show_v unto_o the_o world_n their_o foolishness_n or_o rather_o their_o all_o other_o church_n but_o only_o a_o member_n of_o the_o universal_a church_n under_o one_o head_n chryst_n of_o like_a and_o equal_a power_n with_o other_o the_o church_n of_o chryst_n which_o be_v here_o on_o the_o earth_n and_o that_o the_o minister_n thereof_o be_v of_o no_o great_a power_n and_o authority_n than_o the_o minister_n of_o other_o church_n the_o like_a have_v saint_n hierome_n write_v concern_v the_o church_n of_o rome_n and_o the_o bishop_n thereof_o in_o these_o word_n neither_o be_v it_o to_o be_v think_v that_o there_o be_v one_o church_n of_o rome_n and_o a_o other_o of_o the_o whole_a world_n for_o where_o so_o ever_o a_o bishop_n be_v whether_o it_o be_v the_o bishop_n of_o rome_n or_o of_o eugubium_n or_o of_o constantinople_n or_o of_o rhegium_n etc_n etc_n he_o be_v of_o like_a authority_n and_o like_o priesthood_n by_o the_o which_o word_n he_o teach_v that_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n be_v no_o better_a than_o other_o church_n wheresoever_o they_o be_v in_o the_o whole_a woride_n and_o that_o the_o bishop_n thereof_o have_v no_o more_o power_n or_o superiority_n of_o priesthood_n than_o other_o bishop_n whether_o they_o be_v in_o small_a or_o in_o great_a city_n but_o if_o they_o demand_v of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n which_o now_o be_v in_o the_o sort_n and_o manner_n church_n as_o all_o man_n see_v under_o these_o bishop_n and_o as_o it_o have_v be_v also_o of_o late_a by_o the_o space_n of_o a_o few_o hundred_o year_n i_o answer_v that_o it_o altogether_o differ_v from_o the_o state_n of_o the_o ancient_a and_o apostolic_a church_n of_o rome_n and_o therefore_o may_v in_o no_o wise_n be_v acknowledge_v for_o the_o universal_a and_o catholic_a church_n whereof_o it_o boast_v for_o the_o sign_n of_o the_o true_a church_n of_o chryst_n build_v by_o the_o apostle_n at_o rome_n and_o else_o where_o be_v no_o more_o there_o to_o be_v sound_o namely_o the_o spirit_n of_o chryst_n which_o love_v pure_a modest_a and_o church_n may_v be_v restore_v and_o that_o chryst_n may_v obtain_v that_o reverence_n in_o the_o heart_n of_o the_o faithful_a which_o be_v due_a unto_o he_o and_o we_o in_o this_o life_n may_v live_v holy_o and_o in_o the_o life_n to_o come_v eternal_o in_o he_o i_o hope_v that_o no_o good_a and_o godly_a man_n can_v then_o slander_v or_o condemn_v we_o for_o heretic_n because_o we_o have_v own_o brain_n yea_o and_o moreover_o because_o she_o be_v fraught_v with_o all_o horrible_a filthiness_n and_o that_o our_o lord_n command_v we_o to_o go_v out_o of_o she_o rom._n 16._o 2._o cor_fw-la 6_o apoc._n 18._o etc_n etc_n the_o third_o common_a place_n of_o the_o decree_n and_o counsel_n of_o the_o church_n the._n x._o question_n whether_o they_o do_v steadfast_o and_o without_o all_o doubt_n teach_v and_o believe_v that_o which_o the_o holy_a catholic_a church_n of_o rome_n do_v command_v and_o teach_v to_o be_v believe_v the_o answer_n touch_v the_o holy_a catholic_a church_n church_n we_o have_v already_o write_v that_o the_o gospel_n teach_v we_o she_o only_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o her_o only_a pastor_n and_o not_o of_o any_o stranger_n whereby_o we_o may_v easy_o conclude_v that_o she_o command_v nothing_o to_o be_v believe_v which_o she_o have_v not_o hear_v from_o the_o mouth_n of_o our_o lord_n and_o that_o chief_o because_o paul_n say_v that_o faith_n come_v by_o hear_v and_o hear_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n or_o of_o chryst_n wherefore_o when_o the_o faithful_a do_v steadfast_o believe_v the_o word_n of_o god_n then_o do_v they_o also_o believe_v all_o that_o the_o holy_a church_n command_v and_o teach_v to_o be_v believe_v for_o she_o command_v nothing_o to_o be_v believe_v but_o that_o which_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o word_n of_o
