by_o exercise_n and_o meditation_n acquaint_v his_o mind_n to_o the_o like_n of_o a_o low_a estate_n if_o the_o lord_n shall_v so_o see_v it_o good_a hope_v to_o find_v the_o lord_n very_o good_a to_o he_o in_o the_o same_o behold_v a_o meditation_n in_o riches_n and_o a_o lesson_n that_o be_v of_o all_o man_n to_o be_v study_v and_o not_o that_o only_a but_o learned_a also_o and_o take_v out_o that_o if_o their_o estate_n shall_v yet_o be_v poor_a they_o shall_v persuade_v themselves_o to_o find_v the_o lord_n good_a unto_o they_o in_o that_o their_o condition_n and_o therefore_o before_o to_o make_v their_o reckon_n of_o a_o poor_a estate_n by_o much_o meditation_n of_o it_o and_o yet_o a_o rich_fw-fr blessing_n in_o that_o notwithstanding_o even_o a_o quiet_a and_o content_a mind_n and_o this_o will_v further_o the_o account_n of_o our_o present_a estate_n when_o we_o shall_v assure_v ourselves_o of_o a_o very_a good_a portion_n and_o plentiful_a if_o our_o estate_n be_v yet_o low_o neither_o ought_v we_o so_o to_o learn_v it_o as_o a_o lesson_n not_o likely_a to_o come_v to_o practice_n but_o as_o one_o who_o practice_n be_v not_o like_a to_o be_v defer_v this_o lesson_n have_v in_o it_o a_o very_a necessary_a use_n to_o try_v we_o by_o for_o whatsoever_o he_o be_v that_o can_v bear_v a_o low_a estate_n lay_v upon_o he_o by_o the_o lord_n if_o he_o have_v a_o high_a he_o will_v abuse_v that_o in_o like_a manner_n for_o he_o that_o be_v ashamed_a of_o poverty_n will_v be_v proud_a of_o wealth_n he_o that_o be_v unpatient_a when_o he_o be_v humble_v will_v be_v insolent_a when_o he_o be_v exalt_v for_o what_o can_v bind_v he_o to_o true_a duty_n if_o it_o be_v not_o conscience_n unto_o god_o which_o if_o he_o dare_v dispense_v withal_o in_o poverty_n he_o will_v not_o great_o regard_v in_o abundance_n thus_o we_o see_v for_o a_o man_n to_o learn_v to_o be_v rich_fw-fr it_o be_v expedient_a he_o learn_v to_o be_v poor_a for_o a_o man_n to_o learn_v to_o be_v honourable_a it_o be_v require_v he_o learn_v with_o patience_n and_o contentation_n to_o go_v under_o a_o estate_n without_o honour_n this_o sobriety_n then_o that_o keep_v the_o mind_n from_o be_v overcharge_v and_o drunken_a with_o the_o desire_n of_o a_o better_a estate_n be_v principal_o &_o chief_o require_v in_o a_o christian_a yet_o reach_v it_o further_o and_o contain_v within_o it_o those_o who_o albeit_o they_o be_v not_o great_o seek_v after_o a_o other_o or_o better_a estate_n yet_o be_v they_o to_o much_o wrap_v and_o entangle_v in_o the_o care_n &_o delight_n of_o that_o they_o already_o have_v this_o do_v the_o apostle_n note_n unto_o we_o 30.31_o in_o the_o first_o to_o the_o cor._n this_o i_o say_v brethren_n because_o the_o time_n be_v short_a hereafter_o that_o both_o they_o which_o have_v wife_n be_v as_o though_o they_o have_v none_o &_o they_o that_o weep_v as_o though_o they_o weep_v not_o and_o they_o that_o rejoice_v as_o though_o they_o rejoice_v not_o and_o they_o that_o buy_v as_o though_o they_o possess_v not_o and_o they_o that_o use_v this_o world_n as_o though_o they_o use_v it_o not_o for_o the_o fashion_n of_o the_o world_n go_v away_o and_o he_o do_v not_o only_o open_v the_o disease_n but_o also_o give_v we_o the_o remedy_n of_o it_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o shortness_n of_o this_o life_n and_o the_o speedy_a passage_n thereof_o which_o he_o will_v have_v to_o season_v our_o joy_n to_o season_v our_o delight_n even_o our_o buy_n and_o sell_v as_o if_o he_o shall_v say_v there_o be_v in_o no_o place_n right_a joy_n right_a grief_n true_a buy_n true_a sell_v where_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o shortness_n of_o this_o life_n &_o the_o hope_n of_o that_o other_o do_v not_o step_v in_o to_o moderate_v the_o joy_n the_o grief_n the_o buy_n &_o sell_v the_o care_n that_o do_v accompany_v a_o marry_a estate_n how_o needful_a it_o be_v that_o we_o shall_v even_o in_o lawful_a thing_n have_v our_o affection_n temperate_a the_o parable_n in_o the_o 14._o of_o luke_n do_v apparent_o declare_v 14._o where_o they_o that_o be_v bid_v to_o the_o supper_n make_v their_o excuse_n only_o by_o those_o thing_n that_o of_o themselves_o be_v lawful_a and_o permit_v for_o it_o be_v lawful_a to_o buy_v a_o farm_n it_o be_v lawful_a to_o prove_v ox_n it_o be_v lawful_a to_o marry_v &_o
