be_v some_o of_o we_o with_o hagar_n weep_v over_o our_o empty_a bottle_n and_o make_v sad_a moan_n and_o complaint_n for_o want_n of_o 15._o righteousness_n because_o of_o sin_n and_o yet_o come_v from_o the_o blood_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o the_o dear_a love_n of_o our_o saviour_n to_o poor_a creature_n or_o what_o be_v it_o brethren_n be_v it_o the_o more_o love_n we_o find_v from_o jesus_n christ_n be_v our_o heart_n the_o more_o averse_a from_o he_o if_o he_o do_v profess_v himself_o a_o enemy_n to_o we_o to_o destroy_v and_o slay_v we_o if_o we_o come_v near_o he_o to_o scatter_v we_o with_o the_o stream_n of_o flame_a indignation_n issue_v from_o his_o throne_n and_o presence_n we_o can_v do_v no_o more_o than_o run_v away_o from_o he_o as_o many_o of_o we_o now_o do_v o_o that_o we_o can_v lay_v it_o to_o heart_n the_o second_o use_n shall_v be_v to_o show_v we_o the_o grievous_a nature_n of_o the_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n and_o haply_o this_o may_v make_v consider_v but_o the_o unreasonableness_n of_o the_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n above_o other_o sin_n indeed_o though_o all_o sin_n be_v unreasonable_a other_o sin_n they_o have_v some_o pretence_n of_o be_v there_o any_o truth_n in_o the_o hypothesis_n that_o lie_v hide_v which_o be_v either_o this_o that_o thou_o have_v power_n to_o come_v of_o thyself_o at_o any_o time_n thy_o will_n at_o command_n if_o it_o be_v proper_a to_o say_v so_o of_o that_o which_o be_v the_o command_a faculty_n in_o the_o soul_n or_o else_o this_o that_o god_n will_v draw_v thou_o hereafter_o and_o give_v thou_o a_o will_v to_o come_v to_o jesus_n christ_n when_o thou_o have_v live_v a_o while_n long_o in_o the_o pleasure_n of_o sin_n ah_o poor_a soul_n thou_o little_o know_v the_o deceitfulness_n of_o sin_n and_o of_o thy_o own_o heart_n what_o be_v the_o reason_n that_o thou_o be_v not_o now_o willing_a to_o receive_v the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n be_v it_o not_o because_o thou_o be_v hold_v so_o fast_o in_o the_o embrace_n of_o thy_o darling_n lust_n o_o that_o sin_n that_o kill_v with_o its_o embrace_n poison_n with_o its_o kiss_n and_o tell_v i_o be_v that_o the_o way_n to_o get_v loose_a of_o this_o i_o shall_v inquire_v a_o little_a wherein_o the_o nature_n of_o wisdom_n and_o folly_n lie_v and_o then_o show_v you_o how_o it_o be_v applicable_a in_o truth_n unto_o this_o profession_n of_o christ_n without_o the_o possession_n of_o he_o wisdom_n than_o i_o conceive_v may_v consist_v of_o these_o three_o general_n 1._o in_o the_o obtain_n what_o we_o want_v the_o good_a we_o want_v and_o therefore_o come_v short_a of_o happiness_n because_o we_o want_v it_o 2._o in_o the_o keep_n the_o good_a we_o have_v when_o once_o we_o have_v it_o and_o 3._o in_o avoid_v the_o evil_n we_o miserable_a they_o will_v be_v happy_a well_o then_o it_o be_v good_a which_o be_v the_o end_n either_o real_a or_o apparent_a but_o now_o here_o in_o this_o spiritual_a wisdom_n and_o folly_n we_o must_v understand_v his_o end_n suitable_a that_o be_v to_o say_v understand_v it_o of_o the_o most_o supreme_a principle_n and_o ultimate_v 15._o good_a and_o that_o be_v god_n for_o what_o good_a be_v want_v can_v be_v number_v now_o there_o be_v two_o thing_n considerable_a in_o the_o soul_n of_o a_o man_n especial_o to_o which_o there_o must_v be_v a_o answerableness_n in_o the_o end_n which_o be_v to_o be_v follow_v unto_o enjoyment_n else_o the_o soul_n can_v be_v happy_a the_o first_o be_v the_o vast_a capacity_n and_o comprehension_n of_o the_o soul_n to_o which_o there_o must_v be_v a_o answerable_a fullness_n in_o the_o object_n and_o the_o end_n else_o the_o soul_n can_v rest_v upon_o it_o as_o its_o centre_n and_o happiness_n and_o this_o we_o may_v take_v notice_n of_o especial_o in_o those_o two_o faculty_n of_o the_o understanding_n and_o the_o will_n the_o affection_n they_o be_v but_o as_o it_o be_v the_o several_a motion_n of_o the_o will_n a_o kind_n of_o partial_a discovery_n of_o truth_n or_o here_o and_o there_o a_o little_a but_o it_o will_v have_v all_o now_o the_o lord_n be_v the_o high_a and_o the_o best_a in_o
conform_v to_o god_n ordinance_n you_o have_v some_o knowledge_n and_o there_o be_v the_o light_n of_o the_o lamp_n though_o it_o may_v be_v but_o little_a a_o glow-worm_n or_o the_o moon_n no_o heat_n in_o it_o no_o affection_n to_o jesus_n christ_n you_o never_o feel_v your_o heart_n burn_v within_o you_o when_o he_o converse_v with_o you_o never_o know_v what_o it_o be_v to_o be_v sâ—ck_a of_o love_n for_o he_o to_o delight_v in_o he_o and_o yet_o you_o be_v secure_a and_o think_v all_o be_v well_o with_o you_o because_o you_o hear_v and_o read_v and_o keep_v the_o external_a part_n
