and_o i._n i._n must_v be_v force_v to_o confess_v with_o i_o if_o each_o of_o they_o will_v own_v his_o own_o book_n in_o other_o place_n for_o h._n d._n and_o i._n i._n as_o busy_a as_o they_o be_v in_o band_v against_o our_o interpretation_n of_o christ_n prohibition_n universal_o against_o swear_v at_o all_o allow_v swear_v only_a before_o magistrate_n to_o end_n strife_n yet_o they_o both_o confess_v that_o at_o least_o it_o extend_v to_o the_o forbid_n of_o ordinary_a frequent_a or_o common_a swear_n or_o swear_v in_o our_o common_a communication_n when_o we_o be_v not_o call_v before_o h._n d._n and_o j._n i._n shall_v sit_v still_o and_o save_v themselves_o the_o labour_n of_o write_v so_o much_o as_o they_o do_v against_o the_o quaker_n in_o vindication_n of_o the_o lawfulness_n of_o some_o swear_n for_o such_o swear_v if_o they_o will_v needs_o have_v it_o to_o be_v swear_v as_o paul_n use_v when_o he_o say_v god_n be_v my_o witness_n god_n be_v my_o record_n i_o call_v god_n to_o record_v i_o speak_v the_o truth_n in_o christ_n i_o lie_v not_o my_o conscience_n bear_v i_o witness_v in_o the_o holy_a spirit_n and_o such_o like_a the_o quaker_n gainsay_v in_o solemn_a less_o than_o that_o of_o touch_v and_o kiss_v the_o book_n as_o aforesaid_a may_v in_o the_o court_n where_o he_o be_v swear_v have_v pass_v for_o swear_v so_o than_o all_o h._n d._n and_o i_o i._n instance_n in_o proof_n of_o oath_n be_v practise_v and_o use_v in_o old_a time_n before_o christ_n and_o since_o prove_v altogether_o useless_a to_o that_o purpose_n obj._n but_o quoth_v h._n d._n
