appoint_v or_o shall_v we_o give_v any_o authority_n or_o reverence_n unto_o they_o because_o man_n account_v of_o they_o shall_v the_o blasphemy_n and_o wickedness_n of_o a_o number_n though_o they_o not_o to_o follow_v a_o multitude_n to_o do_v evil_a 2._o for_o it_o be_v not_o as_o master_n cartwright_n will_v have_v it_o that_o the_o more_o which_o sin_n in_o a_o matter_n the_o less_o the_o sin_n be_v but_o rather_o it_o be_v the_o more_o grievous_a and_o more_o to_o be_v abhor_v and_o paul_n give_v this_o liberty_n to_o timâ—thie_n that_o though_o other_o man_n even_o the_o elder_n still_o the_o door_n and_o high_a way_n to_o all_o ignorance_n dissoluteness_n and_o all_o wicked_a practice_n and_o custom_n wherefore_o let_v master_n cartwright_n lie_v away_o his_o fond_a distinction_n that_o they_o be_v minister_n though_o they_o be_v unlawful_a minister_n for_o if_o the_o read_a ministry_n be_v no_o office_n nor_o call_v appoint_v by_o christ_n then_o be_v it_o a_o any_o congregation_n or_o church_n to_o receive_v unlawful_a minister_n and_o take_v they_o for_o their_o guide_n yet_o by_o master_n cartwrighte_v say_v we_o may_v receive_v such_o and_o if_o any_o pharise_n also_o with_o the_o priest_n and_o teacher_n in_o the_o old_a law_n with_o the_o chief_a priest_n at_o christ_n come_n and_o with_o unsufficient_a and_o unable_a magistrate_n he_o will_v have_v they_o to_o have_v as_o lawful_a a_o call_n and_o ministry_n as_o any_o of_o these_o the_o scribe_n say_v he_o teach_v untrue_o &_o be_v deceive_v in_o the_o chief_a ground_n of_o religion_n &_o yet_o be_v to_o be_v hear_v of_o the_o people_n therefore_o our_o dumb_a minister_n be_v as_o lawful_a minister_n as_o they_o likewise_o he_o say_v of_o the_o priest_n &_o of_o magistrate_n that_o some_o of_o the_o priest_n be_v dumbedog_n &_o some_o false_a teacher_n and_o some_o have_v not_o so_o lawful_a calling_n also_o that_o some_o magistrate_n be_v not_o lawful_a &_o sufficient_a magistrate_n and_o yet_o neither_o the_o scribe_n nor_o the_o priest_n nor_o the_o magistrate_n be_v to_o be_v reject_v as_o no_o minister_n nor_o magistrate_n what_o true_a or_o false_a doctrine_n there_o be_v in_o all_o this_o we_o will_v show_v by_o and_o by_o but_o grant_v it_o true_a which_o he_o say_v of_o the_o scribe_n priest_n and_o magistrate_n namely_o that_o they_o be_v so_o evil_a as_o he_o say_v or_o teach_v such_o false_a doctrine_n yet_o he_o himself_o have_v give_v the_o answer_n before_o to_o condemn_v himself_o for_o he_o say_v that_o the_o scrybe_n be_v not_o to_o be_v hear_v but_o in_o that_o they_o teach_v truth_n and_o that_o our_o dumb_a minister_n be_v to_o be_v hear_v and_o receive_v so_o far_o as_o they_o can_v give_v we_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v of_o christ._n now_o it_o be_v show_v that_o a_o
read_n or_o dumb_a ministry_n be_v not_o of_o christ_n therefore_o we_o be_v not_o to_o receive_v or_o hear_v such_o a_o ministry_n likewise_o the_o scribe_n when_o they_o preach_v truth_n be_v to_o be_v hear_v and_o receive_v therefore_o these_o be_v no_o preacher_n be_v not_o to_o be_v hear_v nor_o receive_v the_o same_o may_v be_v say_v of_o magistrate_n that_o what_o duty_n they_o be_v able_a and_o sufficient_a to_o do_v therein_o we_o may_v receive_v some_o good_a by_o they_o therefore_o the_o dumb_a minister_n have_v no_o ablenesse_n nor_o sufficiency_n to_o that_o call_n be_v whole_o rather_o be_v compare_v to_o traitorous_a and_o usurp_a rebel_n for_o as_o any_o usurper_n be_v whole_o to_o be_v reject_v and_o withstand_v if_o he_o shall_v get_v from_o her_o majesty_n her_o royal_a dignity_n and_o crown_n or_o lie_v claim_v thereunto_o so_o also_o be_v these_o minyster_n to_o be_v reject_v which_o usurp_v a_o kingdom_n and_o government_n in_o the_o church_n when_o as_o they_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v count_v brethren_n nor_o member_n in_o the_o church_n it_o again_o master_n cartwright_n do_v say_v that_o usurp_a traitor_n may_v geve_v we_o our_o right_a and_o we_o be_v to_o take_v it_o at_o their_o hand_n we_o answer_v that_o this_o be_v the_o question_n whether_o the_o read_v of_o seruyce_n in_o that_o manner_n and_o their_o mynistr_a of_o sacrament_n be_v right_a or_o no._n first_o we_o show_v before_o that_o such_o sacrament_n so_o mynistre_v and_o such_o a_o read_v of_o seruyce_n be_v execrable_a thing_n and_o also_o none_o of_o our_o right_a but_o if_o they_o be_v our_o right_a yet_o a_o man_n be_v to_o take_v his_o right_a from_o usurp_a traytoure_n by_o force_n of_o arm_n if_o he_o be_v able_a or_o if_o he_o be_v not_o able_a he_o shall_v rather_o loose_v his_o right_a then_o do_v suit_n and_o homage_n to_o a_o traitor_n in_o deed_n the_o lord_n sacrament_n be_v our_o right_n and_o thanks_n be_v to_o our_o lord_n god_n we_o may_v have_v they_o by_o other_o mean_n then_o by_o the_o dumb_a mynister_n and_o though_o we_o can_v not_o yet_o we_o shall_v not_o take_v our_o right_n on_o a_o thyefe_n to_o iustyfie_v his_o theeverye_n 1._o for_o these_o hyrelynge_v be_v thief_n and_o robber_n come_v in_o by_o the_o window_n as_o it_o be_v write_v so_o we_o shall_v first_o follow_v the_o law_n on_o they_o to_o thrust_v they_o out_o of_o the_o sheepefolde_a and_o then_o see_v if_o we_o can_v get_v our_o right_n for_o if_o all_o such_o minister_n be_v excommunicate_a from_o among_o the_o brethren_n we_o shall_v know_v the_o better_a both_o what_o be_v our_o right_a and_o how_o to_o come_v by_o it_o again_o master_n c._n distinguish_v that_o to_o be_v able_a to_o teach_v be_v not_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n but_o only_o of_o a_o lawful_a minister_n also_o that_o to_o be_v able_a to_o judge_v true_a judgement_n be_v not_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o a_o magistrate_n but_o only_o of_o a_o lawful_a magistrate_n such_o like_a sopperye_n as_o these_o not_o worthy_a the_o answer_n we_o have_v answer_v before_o but_o here_o again_o we_o answer_v that_o the_o discipline_n of_o the_o church_n and_o of_o the_o common_a wealth_n be_v unlike_a in_o this_o that_o ungodly_a man_n may_v be_v sometime_o lawful_a officer_n and_o magistrate_n in_o a_o common_a wealth_n and_o therefore_o heathen_a king_n yea_o idolatrous_a king_n and_o prince_n be_v lawful_a magistrate_n at_o this_o day_n otherwise_o we_o shall_v condemn_v our_o own_o king_n and_o queen_n which_o heretofore_o have_v be_v popish_a and_o idolatrous_a as_o be_v no_o lawful_a magistrate_n but_o in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n this_o hold_v not_o for_o if_o any_o be_v a_o wretched_a liver_n or_o a_o idolater_n he_o can_v neither_o be_v minister_n nor_o lawful_a minister_n in_o the_o church_n yea_o he_o be_v no_o part_n nor_o member_n of_o the_o church_n again_o we_o say_v that_o if_o any_o be_v a_o unlawful_a minister_n he_o be_v a_o minister_n quite_o out_o of_o the_o church_n as_o we_o prove_v before_o and_o then_o what_o have_v the_o church_n to_o do_v with_o he_o master_n cartwright_n will_v needs_o have_v he_o to_o be_v a_o minister_n and_o we_o be_v content_a for_o he_o shall_v be_v a_o minister_n not_o for_o the_o church_n nor_o to_o have_v any_o meddle_v in_o the_o church_n but_o for_o satan_n and_o for_o the_o child_n of_o satan_n further_o we_o answer_v accord_v to_o his_o manner_n of_o reason_v that_o to_o avoid_v idolatrye_a or_o to_o be_v no_o idolater_n be_v not_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n but_o of_o a_o lawful_a minister_n for_o he_o may_v be_v a_o minister_n though_o he_o be_v a_o idolatrous_a minister_n but_o shall_v we_o therefore_o say_v that_o daily_a massemongers_n come_n open_o from_o the_o mass_n to_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n in_o the_o same_o order_n that_o our_o dumb_a mynister_n do_v shall_v be_v receyve_v of_o the_o brethren_n or_o that_o the_o brethren_n shall_v receyve_v the_o sacrament_n at_o their_o hand_n and_o yet_o again_o we_o answer_v that_o if_o a_o man_n be_v not_o a_o lawful_a minister_n he_o have_v no_o essence_n nor_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n except_o we_o say_v he_o have_v the_o substance_n of_o a_o devilish_a minister_n for_o the_o lawfulness_n of_o a_o minister_n and_o of_o his_o ministration_n be_v the_o essence_n and_o substance_n of_o a_o minister_n and_o of_o his_o minister_a paul_n say_v 15._o that_o where_o no_o law_n be_v there_o be_v no_o transgression_n he_o mean_v that_o because_o there_o be_v a_o law_n therefore_o the_o breach_n of_o that_o law_n be_v the_o essence_n and_o substance_n of_o sin_n and_o transgression_n the_o law_n say_v he_o be_v it_o that_o
