of_o the_o world_n that_o the_o time_n be_v at_o hand_n in_o which_o all_o their_o power_n and_o dominion_n shall_v be_v take_v from_o they_o but_o more_o especial_o will_v they_o stand_v up_o which_o be_v never_o before_o in_o the_o world_n 2_o though_o the_o war_n be_v raise_v upon_o this_o occasion_n yet_o will_v the_o horn_n so_o palliate_v the_o same_o with_o pious_a pretence_n as_o it_o may_v well_o have_v the_o name_n of_o the_o holy_a war._n for_o here_o the_o persecutor_n smiter_n of_o their_o brethren_n and_o who_o cast_v they_o outâ—t_v these_o must_v be_v saint_n and_o the_o well_o affect_v and_o the_o good_a people_n and_o they_o that_o be_v imprison_v banish_a and_o overcome_v these_o malignant_n traitor_n fool_n beast_n not_o worthy_a to_o live_v in_o church_n or_o commonwealth_n so_o that_o for_o hypocrisy_n the_o like_a be_v never_o show_v before_o 3_o for_o this_o war_n iâ—o_n not_o conceive_v that_o the_o saint_n shall_v come_v forth_o into_o the_o field_n and_o fight_v the_o little_a horn_n and_o so_o be_v overcome_v by_o he_o for_o till_o his_o three_o year_n and_o half_a be_v expire_v the_o lord_n of_o host_n will_v not_o muster_v the_o host_n of_o the_o battle_n against_o he_o but_o by_o make_v war_n be_v mean_v he_o shall_v oppress_v they_o many_o way_n for_o bear_v witness_n to_o christ_n kingdom_n against_o his_o power_n and_o stand_v see_v jam._n 4._o 1._o quest_n but_o why_o be_v it_o call_v a_o war_n if_o nothing_o be_v more_o intend_v than_o the_o horn_n persecute_v the_o saint_n they_o make_v no_o resistance_n i_o principal_o do_v his_o command_n against_o the_o saint_n be_v they_o never_o so_o unrighteous_a and_o cruel_a for_o other_o man_n in_o civil_a place_n as_o they_o will_v not_o care_v to_o serve_v he_o in_o such_o a_o way_n so_o he_o will_v not_o make_v use_n of_o they_o as_o of_o soldier_n under_o he_o these_o will_v be_v most_o for_o his_o turn_n whether_o it_o be_v to_o banish_v or_o imprison_v or_o to_o put_v a_o saint_n to_o death_n true_o for_o this_o reason_n i_o think_v though_o the_o saint_n be_v mere_a patient_n yet_o it_o be_v call_v a_o war_n to_o signify_v if_o it_o be_v this_o little_a horn_n then_o 1_o the_o instrument_n which_o he_o shall_v chief_o employ_v against_o god_n people_n will_v be_v army-man_n 2_o his_o soldier_n will_v be_v so_o degenerate_a and_o mercenary_a as_o they_o will_v not_o spare_v any_o of_o the_o lord_n precious_a one_o but_o whosoever_o he_o bid_v they_o to_o banish_v imprison_v murder_n they_o will_v do_v it_o though_o they_o know_v no_o

shall_v do_v well_o enough_o under_o this_o horn_n as_o to_o their_o peace_n liberty_n and_o worldly_a enjoyment_n only_o those_o who_o be_v not_o for_o he_o but_o for_o the_o most_o high_a he_o will_v make_v war_n against_o and_o in_o this_o his_o hypocrisy_n and_o other_o wickedness_n will_v be_v â—he_n less_o see_v and_o note_v in_o honour_v some_o professor_n of_o religion_n promote_a they_o to_o great_a place_n and_o office_n in_o his_o council_n army_n college_n and_o make_v they_o his_o familiar_a friend_n such_o i_o mean_v as_o will_v have_v fellowship_n with_o he_o in_o the_o work_n of_o darkness_n and_o justify_v his_o unrighteous_a way_n howsoever_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n he_o shall_v persecute_v other_o who_o be_v in_o truth_n and_o real_o for_o the_o cause_n and_o interest_n of_o christ_n i_o will_v have_v the_o reader_n likewise_o to_o observe_v this_o as_o a_o special_a thing_n whereby_o to_o know_v the_o time_n of_o the_o little_a horn._n there_o will_v be_v be_v observe_v what_o the_o holy_a ghost_n speak_v of_o this_o horn_n as_o to_o be_v his_o great_a work_n and_o business_n and_o this_o be_v set_v down_o in_o two_o thing_n viz._n make_v war_n monarchy-man_n and_o the_o common-wealth-man_n so_o he_o be_v fall_v upon_o a_o design_n whereby_o he_o think_v to_o keep_v up_o his_o power_n and_o dominion_n in_o spite_n of_o both_o party_n that_o
