show_v a_o certain_a equity_n but_o it_o be_v requisite_a to_o reduce_v it_o to_o particular_a and_o proper_a term_n of_o justice._n distinguish_v then_o we_o say_v that_o that_o prince_n to_o who_o protection_n the_o rebel_v people_n of_o another_o prince_n have_v recourse_n either_o he_o have_v right_a of_o some_o action_n over_o they_o as_o the_o subject_n of_o the_o vassal_n of_o his_o feudatory_a or_o he_o have_v no_o right_a of_o action_n whatsoever_o if_o he_o have_v no_o action_n neither_o can_v he_o receive_v they_o into_o protection_n because_o if_o people_n though_o ill_o handle_v do_v contrary_a to_o the_o divine_a law_n to_o rebel_v against_o the_o same_o law_n he_o sin_n who_o do_v favour_n and_o protect_v their_o rebellion_n if_o a_o thief_n do_v ill_a to_o rob_v it_o can_v be_v say_v that_o he_o do_v well_o who_o do_v assist_v to_o share_v in_o the_o theft_n if_o a_o murderer_n do_v ill_a to_o kill_v it_o can_v be_v say_v that_o he_o do_v well_o who_o receive_v he_o that_o justice_n may_v not_o punish_v he_o and_o who_o can_v then_o say_v that_o a_o prince_n do_v well_o to_o enterraine_a the_o rebel_n of_o another_o if_o these_o in_o rebel_n absolute_o do_v evil_a unjust_o then_o have_v the_o minister_n of_o your_o majesty_n do_v to_o intermeddle_v in_o the_o valteline_n when_o yet_o it_o be_v true_a that_o of_o themselves_o they_o have_v rebel_v much_o worse_a when_o even_o they_o as_o be_v demonstrate_v have_v with_o wicked_a art_n induce_v they_o to_o rebellion_n but_o it_o shall_v be_v the_o worst_a of_o wickedness_n if_o contrary_a to_o all_o justice_n they_o will_v now_o possess_v it_o by_o main_n force_n as_o they_o show_v to_o desire_v to_o do_v see_v therein_o already_o they_o have_v build_v fort_n and_o that_o your_o majesty_n do_v consent_n and_o approve_v it_o of_o which_o the_o world_n will_v judge_v that_o you_o more_o esteem_v your_o own_o interest_n than_o all_o humane_a and_o divine_a law_n which_o god_n forbid_v only_o the_o supreme_a prince_n can_v hold_v in_o himself_o such_o sort_n of_o dominion_n over_o the_o country_n rebel_v from_o his_o feudatory_a but_o when_o yet_o they_o have_v not_o rebel_v and_o be_v ill_o govern_v he_o may_v and_o aught_o to_o deprive_v the_o
